My kids all love this flavor to add to their water for soccer games and practices. I think it does make a difference with their hydration and recovery.

The firecracker Liquid IV has been my go-to flavor after I first tried it. It’s a great choice for extra hydration! It mixes easily in my favorite 16 ounce water bottle. I always take a couple of these with me while traveling.
