Another great flavor that keeps me very well hydrated. Liquid IV dissolves easily and keeps me drinking my water. It's very refreshing and that alone is a great thing, but it's not the only reason to add this to your water. I definitely feel it's better than just water alone.

The absolute best tasting hydration out there! My only complaint is that they make this flavor so delicious, that anytime I add one to my water bottle one of my two 3-year-old twins sniffs it out like a heat seeking middle and I’m left with a couple sips. So I make another. And guess who then comes and finds me? Yup, the other child. Don’t even get me started on the husband. So yeah, our household easily goes through 5 or 6 packs a day. Good thing we shop at Sam’s Club and get the best prices on them :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 0. 5-1 packet/gal as a boost to my high sodium electrolytes to balance out the insulin release from the stevia-based formula of my high sodium electrolytes. The Firecracker flavor is good. I do wish it either had higher sodium or lower sugar per pack.

Great hydration and taste with no sugars, with summertime heat and having to be exposed outside this product is my favorite flavor but most importantly replaces electrolytes and minerals for quick recovery.

i love it. im always working in the heat. i make 2 20oz bottles up for the day and put 1 bottle at a time in a 40oz tumbler full of ice. i stay hydrated all day with it. I dont get the leg cramps any more after being in the heat all day
