I suffer from very low sodium making this product a life saver. I really did not enjoy the sugar free formula, tasted too salty. Unless you are trying to go Keto I would say this is a great drink. These drinks are not another form of basic sports drinks they really are designed for people who need to replenish electrolytes so you cannot compare to most sports drinks.

Absolutely the very best flavor so far!! 110 stars easy! Liquid IV needs to offer a FULL variety pack of ALL the flavors so I don’t have to spend money and be disappointed when the flavor sucks, like sugar free rainbow sherbet - might as well be battery acid. Popsicle is BY FAR THE VERY BEST FLAVOR - I’d drink this all day if it was allowed.

The Popsicle Firecracker is the only one we buy. It's the only flavor we truly like. Wish it would come out in the zero sugar version. But, we have had great success with Liquid IV, overall. We live in the desert. We get busy and sometimes forget to drink enough water where you literally start to feel "under the weather". We grab a pack and within an hour we are feeling much better. Great product, for sure.

Firecracker liquid IV is one of my family's favorite liquid iv flavors. Everyone in my family of 5 enjoys firecracker liquid IV! It does taste like a bomb pop with the middle white lemony flavor popping in the mix! I enjoy firecracker liquid IV diluted over ice. Yummy hydration! Great for athletes and fans supporting their favorite athletes. Helps get mom thru long softball tournament weekends ready for work again on Monday!

I bought a bag and some of them are hard. I talked to my sis in law and she said the same thing. This is the second time this has happened to me.

The flavor is lite and perfect for a hot day. I do wish there was a sugar free option for this flavor though.
