Despite their sleek design, they tend to slip out, making them less ideal for workouts or extended wear. While they excel in audio performance and battery life, the struggle to keep them in place may be a dealbreaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds 3 Pro are the best buds on the market, I even bought a second pair, battery life is awesome but I like having a pair ready to use at all times ...the sound quality destroys all competition...even the popular red fruit AirPods. Feature rich with amazing noise cancelation. Seamless integration eith Galaxy AI. The quality cannot be overstated...I hear dynamics in music that I normally only hear using my expensive over ear studio cans. I can't wait to see what innovations come about in the next generation of buds pro!!!

Sound quality is excellent. Noise cancelling is excellent. Look of the buds is excellent. The ear tips are horrible. They will easily will rip off the mount requiring you to dig the broken piece off of the bud. Tried chatting with Samsung support to get new tips, but they gave me a runaround telling me I had to visit a service center. Be very careful when removing the tips.

Rigt earbud don't charge. The Case charge only when plugged to a Samsung adapter. Material absorbs grease from ears, earbuds always feel nasty. I'm a big Samsung fan, currently using a TAB Ultra, an S 24 Ultra, the Buds 2 Pro, and unfortunately this Buds 3 Pro. This (Buds 3 pro) is the only BAD Samsung product I have ever purchased. I would give them zero stars but Samsung is forcing me to give them at least 1 star which is not fair.

I bought a new Galaxy phone and these earbuds so I could hear and talk in a noisy environment. Unfortunately they fall out of my ear the second I move my head, so I can't even wear them when I'm working at my desk. I'm horribly disappointed that I wasted my money. They might work great but I'll never know. Don't buy them if you have a fairly open outer ear, they will be useless for you.
