1. The fit and comfort of the Buds3 is much better than the Buds2. Moving the bulk of the charging, touch control, and microphone hardware to the stem improves the fit dramatically. You can also easily lay down on your side while wearing the Buds3 where-as the older version's buds protruded too far and put pressure on the skull. 2. Moving the touch control to the stems and introducing two-finger controls makes accidental inputs far less likely. On the Buds2, you could easily brush against the single touch pad on the bud and start/stop media but on the Buds3 you have to put both your index finger and the thumb on the stem and press with your thumb. 2a. I've seen some criticism about the touch controls being hard to use but it just comes down to muscle memory. Press or swipe with thumb while bracing with the index finger on the direct opposite side of the stem. The only way you can have it fall out while using the controls is if the fit is bad or you're putting the index finger on the wrong surface. You can put both fingers on the triangle portion and it will register but... why? 3. The audio quality is a different level than the Buds2 Pro, personally. Maybe with the large bulk of the earbuds, the Buds2 Pro didn't fit all that well but the Samsung app said the fit was fine, but if you thought the Buds2 Pro was too tinny these Buds3 Pro should fix that. The bass extension is very satisfactory with full mid-range out of the box. 3a. The earbuds come with a 9-band equalizer with 20 steps per band to tune to how you see fit. 4. The ANC quality is also massively improved over the Buds2 Pro. The Buds2 Pro would barely reduce mid range sounds like AC fans but on the Buds3 Pro they are inaudible. Overall the Buds3 Pro ANC is on par with high-end full-size headphone ANC if not better. 5. Gaming mode appears to work well to reduce latency. If Samsung introduces a SSC codec dongle for the PC, I would use it for gaming. Come on Sammy, do it. 6. I'm getting about ~6 hours per charge on the buds which is about as advertised. 7. Don't use the official case protector, it's a trap!

Purchased them and I am blown away by the quality. My calls sound clear. Music sounds great and has active noise canceling. Best by far.

It jsut I feel that the noise cancelling could be better, but it is not. I wear this to run and they are comfortable. The noise cancelling is the problem. I sweat a lot hardly the move around just the noise cancelling from the Bud 2 Pro they are way better.

Yet I find myself coming back to these consistently. They have as much impact on my audio experience as my over-ear headphones, which is extremely rare in the TWS scene. Not to mention the battery life is absolutely stellar, averaging out to 5-6 hours of battery life, even at the highest audio quality the TWS can push out on a Samsung device. (24-bit, 96 kHz.). The Galaxy AI features are quite interesting, including the translate feature. It tends to pick up audio from the microphone reliably, as opposed to other solutions I've tried. I do not regret this purchase one bit, and would 100% recommend this product to anyone that's looking for a great companion device for their Galaxy devices.

Sound quality is stunning. I love the fact that it has built in LED lighting on the device and also half see through housing. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and the one con I had going into getting these buds was no wireless charging while the buds are in the case. Welp that was entirely wrong and they can charge on a wireless pad. So far the only thing that has me even the slightest irritated is that it's not truly nice canceling. I use my buds for everything. Work, leasure and gym. And at the gym that's the one place I really need to block out side distractions and I find myself adjusting them at times to hear less of the outside world. And even then I can still faintly hear those around me. If not for that I'd truly believe these buds would be 5/5 stars

Oh well samsung... can't deal with your buds anymore. I spend so much time taking my buds in and out of the charging case, just to get them to start charging. It is not a dirty connection, I have cleaning everything so meticulously. I restarted them 100x and no difference. There is also the problem with people not being able to hear me when I have my left bud in... same thing happened to the buds 2 pro I had. Sorry but for a high-end ear bud, this product falls short. The controls on this product are good. Its the only reason it didnt get 1 star.
