[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great buds as they transfer seamlessly between my personal phone, work phone, tablet, smart TV, and non samsung laptop. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the charging issue, seems to be pretty random but I put my buds back in the case and get notification that the buds have stopped charging. Aside from that I love these, the nose canceling works great and the fit is awesome, I wear an earbud for a lot of my workday and have not had any issues with them becoming loose or falling out. All around great buds to the point I bought a second pair.

Comfy fit but most of all I love the clear sounds and how the person I am speaking to on a call can't hear the background noise. I run with these daily and they are the best fitting out of all the ear buds I've tried. The battery life is perfect. I can use them pretty much all day without needing to change them. The features are are super helpful. I've lost an ear bud and the find my ear bud feature helped me. The fitting feature is great because how else can you enjoy the entirety of these buds if they dont fit correctly? Just do the quick fit check and you'll see.

I use them at work, cancelling out eardrum-destroying server room noise, during meetings and even I'm letting busy. I can let sounds in whenever I want and they last me all day. Using them with voice commands are just as easy especially with Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't think I was going to like the shape of these buds, but they are my most comfortable earbuds yet! I can barely feel them. The sound quality is amazing thanks to the new Galaxy AI enabled equalizer.

I traded in my old headphones for these new headphones a few months ago and I have to say; I really prefer the Galaxy Buds2 versus the 3. I liked being able to tap instead of pinching for audio control. I am a chef, so when I wear headphones I liked being able to keep my hands sanitary by using the back of my hand to tap versus pinching. Also, the response to stopping music with tapping is much quicker than pinching.

The 3 series were defective to begin with being pushed back a whole month. As for cosmetic design. These headphones don't age very gracefully. Cheap paint on product compared to the others in the series. There is also a major defect where the left earbud would charge but the right one. Many consumers say Samsung will not take accountability on it and make up damages. I will never buy Samsung again. There are more tough and better earbuds out there. Wish I never traded in older headphones.

Definitely the dopest buds Samsung has yet to make. I use these frequently in the gym at work. Pretty much everywhere. I'm going on a cruise in a few months and these are going to be my go to. The design is stellar they stand out. I got the silver design to match with my Watch ultra. The blade design with the lights as an option is solid and the adaptive noise control is a plus. Thanks again for making a breath taking product and I look forward to the next design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many styles of wireless headphones over the years and these are without doubt the most comfortable for extended use. I listen to a relatively broad range of musical genres and Galaxy AI makes it easy to enjoy them all without fussing with EQ settings. The battery life is great and wireless charging is very convenient. Most surprising to me though, is how much I enjoy the the lights. I often walk at night and appreciate the added visibility. (I do, admittedly, only use the lights at night!)
