[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds! I do miss the tap controls of the last style. But these are still awesome. The noise canceling is so solid in my experience. I wear them to the gym and it's like no one else is around. The Galaxy AI features are also really cool. I get so much done just by asking my devices to do searches for me.

I have had these since release. I like the sound quality but am not a fan of how the noise cancelling works. Even when you turn on the active noise cancelling it allows you to hear people's voices. It says it does this for safety and so you can hear people. If I am listening with noise cancelling I don't want to hear anyone. I want complete noise cancelling. I am trying to listen to my headphones while my wife watches TV and it is allowing voices from the TV to come through and even be amplified through my headphones. I want complete and total noise cancelling that I can turn on and off not one that does it when it feels like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin? These buds are pretty good when in comes to soud, noise cancelation, comfortability, and features. The thing i have an issue is with the charging case. For some reason they don't always charge. I constantly get a notification on my phone to check that the case is charged and to make sure the buds are dry, even after wearing them for only 20 minutes. So when I go to use them I get the little chime that indicates that the battery is low, so what good do all these features do if they are not charged. I had to put something inside the case to keep them pressed down on the little charging pins. It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. See attached image to see what I mean.

I wish I'd never tried to dim my buds pro 2! The gen 3 buds sound quality is non-existent, they WILL NOT stay in your ears, and two thirds of the time, when you put them in their storage case, only one of the two will charge. I feel generous, giving them a one-out-of-five stars. These are crap, pure and simple.

Originally, I had the Galaxy Buds Live which still are great, it seems that all the upgraded features are truly worth it though! The surround sound is immaculate along with the active noise cancelation, it's a one of one. I also love how seamless the Galaxy AI works with these buds. I felt like I was missing out with my buds live, but I can truly say I have the best of both worlds with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro! I don't think I can go back and now I just use the Galaxy Buds Live for backup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I repeatedly use these ear buds, while it uses the Galaxy AI it ensures I dont blow out my eardrums. It automatically turned on the ambient noise when I have one bud in so it doesn't make my ears feel weird, it will even adapt the ambient sound depending on how loud it is around me. It also uses Galaxy AI for the noise canceling, I use it while working out and mowing- it adaptd the noise cancelation in comparison with how loud the environment is. The translation feature is not something to sneeze at either. My husband's family is Hispanic and now I feel more included in the conversation due to now understand. Keep in mind that it is literal translations and some phrases will sound weird when tuned to English. Galaxy AI is always surprising me.

The adaptive ambient sound allows me to listen to music and audio while still able to hear the surrounding and other people in background. While I'm outside, I use it to listen to music and still hear and be aware of surroundings like traffic. I gave four stars cuz I feel like Samsung could improve the adaptive sound option when it hears me talking, the sound is lowered. To explain, I wish AI feature somehow can detect if I'm singing or humming to the song and doesn't lower the volume. (So I can sing along and enjoy the music even more)

They will fall out of your ear and sometimes do not charge correctly in the cas. It happens more with left ear puece than right. I have tried to use AI, but didn't have much luck

The audio is undoubtedly excellent, with the feature of being able to choose between a low-latency gaming mode, normal mode, and high-quality audio mode.
