Great headphones for sound quality and noise canceling. But by far the worst Samsung product I own. I had bought a total of three buds 3 and 2 bud 3 pro each pair has the same issue will only charge when they want to. After owning 3 I dont think is a coincidence anymore

A few years ago I scored a good deal on Samsung Galaxy buds and was mostly happen with the Pro 1s. Lately though I was having to take them out all the time to talk to people in my office because passthrough wasn't great. One of the biggest features to me with these was that the microphone quality was improved. I switched to them and wasn't disappointed! Everything in pass-through mode sounds much more detailed than before, and the quality of the sound for music is great. I had some issues getting the right tips to fit my ears but after a couple days everything is good. Just make sure to keep your ears clean!

They are super easy to use and comes with great battery life. I use them at work to attend my meetings on Microsoft teams and also use them later in the gym to listen to podcast & music. The ambient feature is truly innovative as I can hold a full conversation with my gym buddy without having to take these buds off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI, I love the performance of the buds. Great sound and fit in ear perfectly. The only issue i have found is the recharging in the case. About 3 months of having them they wouldn't charge in the case. Now they charge when the want. It's disappointing with how much you pay for them and then only good for 3 months. No there was no dropping them and no water damage.

Compared to my previous Buds2 Pro and even before my Sennheiser CX True Wireless Plus they blow them both astonishingly out of the water. My favorite feature is the siren and voice detection both empowered by GalaxyAI, I use them quite often while at work and while on the go, so I often use the ANC for long hours, the use of Adaptive ANC allows for more comfortable listening even when no audio is playing. I use them for phone calls as well and the background noise suppression is unmatched by any other earbud I have used.

It's seamless transition from phone calls to podcast to music. I use these daily and they are essential to my everyday life from work, and to the gym these buds are simply the best on the market.

The fitment of these buds are the same as Dollar Tree ear buds. They hurt and they don't stay in. The sound is okay, not that much better than my FE buds. Ambient sound not that great, I have to constantly take them off to hear clearly. Noise canceling not that great either, I can still hear plenty of outside noise still with it on. All in all, absolutely not worth the price. I'll stick to my cheap FE buds. I was much happier with them.
