[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy buds pro 3 for a few months now after upgrading from the original buds pro. The stem controls are great and I love that they pause when you take one out of your ear. Audio quality is decent to good for the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The simplest integration to my lifestyle. Product switches between phone and tablet with no issues. Allowing me to multitasking. As well as I absolutely love the products ability to know whem I am speaking or being spoken too and decreasing the volume so that I am able to address a conversation or question, without having to touch or remove. Thank you for the simplest of thoughts put into the product.

disappointing product. I had before live buds and they were great. Never had issues with connecting them to window, phone or any other device. These one, Buds3 pro are a nightmare. half of the days do not want to connect to windows even are not connected to other device, not even paired or if they connect, the sound is not coming by, or only from some applications When connecting to phone, also a Samsung, loose connection by their own will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air features i haven't noticed any in these buds but the ability to talk to Google through them helps me navigate through my notifications while working out. I also love that I can skip tracks by voice and not having to touch the buds.

I have all Samsung products so it runs seamlessly with it. I just ask, and it will send it to my phone. My watch stuff like that highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy bud 3 pros have been my head phones of choice for the last 6 months while travelling and they have been perfect! The noise cancelling on loud flights and buses is a dream as well as the really useful galaxy ai live translate for awkward situations abroad. Overall definitely worth it and the sound quality is amazing.

As somebody who has used both the original Galaxy Buds, the 1 & 2 pro, I believe I of all people am qualified to give my opinion. 1. Design: I'm not sure at all why the original buds design was ever gotten rid of. Unique and functional as could be. As someone that works with raw in a kitchen, the ability to use the clean section of my forearm to skip ahead of tracks was very nice. With the Buds 3 Pro it has this unresponsive stem. I would say I have about a 75% success rate, which is staggeringly low compared to my 95% success rate with every other iteration of the buds. 2. Fit and feel: Not only is the stem unresponsive it is also very sharp on the inside facing your ear. So if you are someone like me who enjoys wearing them while getting ready for bed, good luck. They're very painful and uncomfortable. With that said, the different sized ear tips are actually a major plus! In my case I had to go up a size and that helped the sound quality slightly. Speaking of; 3. Sound quality: Wow how the mighty have fallen... I loved each new direction in sound quality with each new iteration until the 2 Pro went down in quality just a little bit but the 3 Pro just.. what happened??? If you are like me and you don't like to use Noise Cancelling and would rather just turn off ambient mode, then say goodbye to bass entirely. But if you turn on noise cancelling or ambient mode the bass response is there and very nice pushing the sound quality maybe even on par with the original Pro model. 4. Case/battery: Compared to other wireless earbud brands and even the Galaxy Buds2 Pro the battery for the case is very underwhelming. While the buds themselves are pretty standard in terms battery, the case is not. I am plugging the case in every day to maybe every two days and I don't really use these that often anymore. When I was doing my thing at the gym I had to charge them literally every night before bed. Other brands and even the Buds2 Pro's case would give me more charges than this one. Not only that but I prefer the original Pro/2 Pro case. Much better than this cheap feeling thing we have now. Ultimately this is a confusing mess of a product. Who were Samsung catering to with this version? Why the confusion about their identity? Why throw away any semblance of uniqueness to make a generic earbud design with less quality and functionality? Very sad after a year and two months with these.

On the plus side, the headphones sound qualty are amazing. I love using these to climb, ride, exercise, or just wear around the house. Call quality is great too. On the negative side, I've had a flurry of issues with these since the first day. First they played a high screeching noise in my ears (actually quite painful). Then they lost connection to my s24u. Then the right bud stopped charging. When they work, they're great. But getting them to work has proven to be a bit of a challenge and quite frustrating.

The Galaxy AI makes it a plus as I can give commands audibly and they respond or make my phone respond. I have used the Galaxy AI to make phone calls, change volume, and even look up things via Google or YouTube. The sound is great and I even compared them to another brand after my dog chewed my Buds 3 Pros. After trying the other brand, I bought another pair of the Buds 3 Pros for all the sound and features. Can't wait to try the Buds 4 Pros now.
