They're easy to use, fit so well, and have great features that make them the most perfect earbuds I've ever owned. They stay put and are super comfortable. Other earbuds I have had before just didn't fit right - either always falling out of my ear or hurting my ear. I love that there aren't any buttons to push - sliding my finger along the proper part of the earbuds is so much easier for controlling volume and such. They also have a feature that turns the volume off when there are sirens or you start talking, making it easy to wear them and still be able to function normally. I have not had issues with the case or earbuds discharging if I don't use them for a few days. Overall - great product!

Best earbuds "SammieSung" has ever made. I leave a voice note while I'm driving and the radio is playing. When I play the voicenote back before I send it, I might as well say I was home. You hear no background music at all. ONLY thing I don't like, is that, if your ears is moist or you shake your head alot it falls out. I can't work out in these earbuds as they will constantly keep falling out. Its way better then the Airpods, but the airpods, won't fall out regardless of how you shake your head.
