I bought these a few days ago thinking I'd upgrade my first gen pro buds and the the buds3 pro are unbearably tinny. I've messed around with the various EQ preset, updated software, factory reset, etc. and nothing seems to help. I'll definitely be returning these and trying a different company's that won't involve hours of me tweaking for them to sound a touch better but still terrible.

Audio quality is good enough. The fit is meh for me, even though the silicone that goes in my ear is the right size. I have trouble keeping the headphones in without needing to readjust every few minutes or so. They look like knock off Air Pods. The Galaxy Buds used to have such a unique look with a great fit, and this new design really derailed that experience for me, personally. Love the sleekness of the silver color, though. Touch controls are SO finicky. I hate them. The little arms where touch controls are located are hard for me to grip to "pinch" because of the angle of them. Especially to turn on/off the light feature. I managed to turn it on once and never again. I try to pinch at the same time, and it's only recognizing the input from one Bud, so it is adjusting the ambient sound controls instead of toggling the light (why would I need to adjust the ambient sound levels/options when the headphones aren't in my ears?) Overall, very average at best. I'll likely move on to a new brand of headphones in the future if this design/touch control input stays the same. I don't find them very user friendly at all.

Better than the buds 3, but still useless. The features are cool, but its too big for your ears and doesn't stay in. You have to adjust the ear buds for every 1 min of talking you do. The sound in the right bud (which seems to be the most problematic one) is awful. Please go back to the old design.

I have several Samsung products and these buds connect seamlessly with all of them, as well as seamless actions across apps, just by looking at the one I want to hear. The noise canceling is superb, and they are so comfortable, I often forget I am wearing them. There are too many features to list, but you will not regret purchasing these!
