Not even a week under my possession and a very loud whistle noise is coming out of them when you have them in your ears of hands. I contacted Samsung Customer service, I sent them the video with the sound and they suggested me to do a reset which I did. It went away for a month or so and noise came back again.

I clean them, and the case and too often I start a workout to find that one of the buds never charged and have to spend minutes playing with it to get the charge to start.

I use them everyday for talking and listening to videos while at work or driving, hands free! Most buds are too big for my ears and fall out, but not these. First, I have smaller ears so often, I get the fatigue and pain in my ears and these are super comfortable and I've not had that issue at all. The audio quality is incredible and combined now w/the power of the S25 and using Audio Eraser among other sound enhancements, the quality, clearer mic for phone calls and overall sound experience is simply great. Light, more improved noise cancellation and crisp sound, you cannot go wrong w/these. I was skeptical at first about going w/the stem style and controls but got used to it quickly and love it even more now. What are you waiting for? Listen up & go get yours!
