Buds 3 Pro looks better online than practical use

Sound is tinny even after customizing using options available. Performed a factory reset, same performance. Never got a good fit trying combination of tips. Performed diagnostics ... 2 fails. Sent them in for repair. Received response from Samsung that parts 4 repair aren't readily available. REPAIR DELAYED. Additionally the Buds 3 Pro are difficult 2 handle becuz of design. Somewhat difficult 2 remove and replace into the cradle/case. I

It's ok

I've used the buds2 pro for years, so the new look and fit needed some adjustments to get used to. I had to use smaller eartips to get a better fit where they won't slip out and feel comfortable. Another adjustment is the pinching, but it is better than accidentally tapping the buds. I think it does sound a little better than the buds2 pro. I did have some issues with it connecting a few times, but it was solved with resetting. Other than that, it isn't too bad. It's ok to upgrade, but I still love my buds 2 pro.

Notes on features that need improvement

Everything about them is fantastic so far despite a few inconveniences. The "find my headphone" feature only works if the headphones are charged and out of the case, finding them enclosed in the case would be more useful. Controls take some time to get used to. Galaxy watch does not support new headphones yet. Real-time translation was a feature advertised that I was excited about, but there is no tutorial about it, and I am unsure how to utilize it. Everything else is wonderful so far.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY

I gave them a 3 because they do not fit my little ears as well as I'd hope they would. Even after changing the ear tip to the smallest tip provided, they still feel like they are going to fall out. & because of that, I find it challenging to switch the song manually or turn the volume up or down :(

Love them they are great buds, the depth and richness of the audio quality is really good. I have owned airpods pros and in all honesty these do surpass them no drastically, but in terms of sound profiles, these are good. The only reason for the 4 star review is due to the fact that frequently after use when I put them back in their case I get an alert on my phone that one of them has stop charging, however When I go to use them they are both charged fully. Not sure if it is a bug or defect. The option to enable or disable the LED lights is also brilliant

Not usually a review given person but I loved them the day I got them and haven’t stopped using them since. I love that I don’t have to touch them to stop, play, or skip a song and can just say the command. The sound quality is perfect but the only thing I have a issue with is the voice commands, I have to repeat them depending how loud my environment is and it’s irritating sometimes but they work pretty well!

The clarity of the audio is excellent, and definitelya step up from the previos model. The noise cancellation and ambient sound is absolutely trash when compared to the Buds2 pro though. The silicone/rubber ear pieces do not stay put very well, and fall out very easily after having been in my ears for a few minutes. If I sweat at all, I can not get the ear buds to stay in my ears at all. Samsung needs to redesign the cones or what ever you want to call them, because they are absolutely terrible. You also cant use most other aftermarket/other brand's ear inserts, because these have a completely different attachment. Samsung really blew their chance at delivering a solid product here. They look amazing and are very light/comfortable, but the fact they don't stay in your ear and have hardware/software issues making the noise reduction worthless... is a very hard thing to get over. Worth 100-150 with how it is now. But needs more support and better ear inserts/cover/cones (or what ever rem you want to use for the rubber parts)

Worth the upgrade

The fit itself was better on Buds2 Pro I think, Buds3 Pro feels just ever so slightly tight so I can wear it for too long like I used to with Buds2Pro. Audio quality is obviously a lot better. ANC is superb, better than Buds2 Pro, I was able to test in a flight with kids and seat near the engine. Quite as a library. Some might argue it's too good lol.

Sound quality is great, ANC is great, the way the stems fit in case not so much, they don't just drop in, you have to fiddle with them to go in. Ear tip design awful, tore one when changing to smaller tip, fortunately it's one that doesn't fit my ear but still too difficult to remove
