Defective series of headphones, don't buy.
The 3 series were defective to begin with being pushed back a whole month. As for cosmetic design. These headphones don't age very gracefully. Cheap paint on product compared to the others in the series. There is also a major defect where the left earbud would charge but the right one. Many consumers say Samsung will not take accountability on it and make up damages. I will never buy Samsung again. There are more tough and better earbuds out there. Wish I never traded in older headphones.

Amazing earbuds with premium quality

They have a amazing sound quality, the adaptive listening works wonderfully, and the active noise cancelation is amazing! I can listen to music or tv shows in a noisy place with no outside noise getting in, making it incredibly easy to focus.
Sometimes fallout

The only real problem i have had is when Im moving around like going bowling the tend to get loose and fall out of my ears easily. I have tried all the different ear pieces and sizes but still have a slight problem with that. I haven't used the galaxy AI feature yet but hear its great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the Galaxy Buds3 Pro the AI noise canceling is amazing; people on calls are always asking how it's so quiet. The volume control by simply swiping up or down the side of the buds is so convenient. I'm in love with them! And combined with the Samsung Wearable app it's crazy! The amount of customization available is mind blowing! You can pick which apps read notifications aloud and you can decide for each app if you just want a simple readout which app the notification is from or you can get full readout of messages, emails, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. Super handy at work. Plus, four noise-canceling modes, siren detection and tons of other options.

Best buds I have owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used these buds for over a year now. I use them to listen to music and at the gym. Noise cancelling is excellent and Galaxy AI will be integrated soon. Fit is good and they come with 3 different ear buds tips. You can control the buds by voice commands or touch control. Overall I love these buds.
Love the Buds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the BudsPro 3. Only issue is have found is that they do not like moisture. Was wearing them while I was power washing the house and my car and my ears got sweaty. Took awhile for them to dry out so I could recharge them. I have not used Galaxy AI.
Great for GIfts!
Bought a pair for my parents the other day for their 30th anniversary. They are devoted to Bose and always have been, however since they both have galaxy phones I thought I'd see how they like them since they are starting to do a bit of traveling. Hopefully the translation app will come in helpful. I'll keep you updated!

These buds may look cool but they are horrible.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing some OG Galaxy buds for years but my daughter and I decided to upgrade when the new buds 3 pro came out because they seem to have wonderful features. Well they aren't the best. No matter what ear tip I use they just don't stay in well. So, wearing them well I exercise is a big fat no because the second I start sweating they fall right out of my ears and from that point on they have to go in my bag because they refuse to stay in while I'm perspiring. The next big problem is the fact that they consistently don't charge. You think they're charging until you get the notice that they stopped charging. I have to wipe them out with a q-tip which sometimes helps but I shouldn't have to do maintenance every single day with a freaking q-tip and alcohol. I wore my old Galaxy buds and I probably cleaned them twice in 5 years lmao. I am terribly unhappy with these earbuds and I wish I had my old ones back 😓

We do see that you have some concerns about the fit and battery charging. It sounds like you've already tried different ear tips for a better fit, which is great. To help with that further, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left bud and an “R” for the right. Make sure you insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating them forward and backward until it feels just right. Don’t forget to run the earbud fit test to ensure everything is set up perfectly! Regarding the charging, we're attaching a link for additional troubleshooting options that should help resolve this. We understand that this can be frustrating and we hope this helps. Awesome product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. The sound is amazing from the Samsung Buds 3. Very comfortable in the ear. Was a little skeptical about how I felt with the straight portion of them as I was use to the buds 2 that did not have the piece but after wearing them they were both bothersome at all. Great battery life. Would definitely recommend for anybody
