Extraneous sounds don't bother me. I work in a noisy place, so it's great. There's one thing that when I'm talking, sometimes I want to turn up the volume, but it's the highest volume. So I would say that the sound is quiet. When it's noisy around me, it's hard to understand the person on the other side. I was hoping for something more, but unfortunately, that's all there is. I hope Samsung will take this into note and be able to update it.

I have a Korean girlfriend and the Galaxy A.I. language translation feature works very well when I visit Korea. Noise canceling is a must nowadays and these buds do the job. These buds sound best when paired with Dolby atmos. There are a few cons. I use the equalizer on the phone app but it doesn't save the settings to the buds so when I use the buds to watch TV the sound is a little lacking for me. I subtracted a star because the earbuds tips aren't the best.
