-Feels cheap. I feel like they are going to break apart if I drop them. -Dosn't stay in my ears, even with the different sized pieces. -Inconvenient "touch/button", I miss just simply tapping the headphone to activate commands. -Poor battery life, haven't had it for more than 6 months, the case and headphone battery life is horrible. -Doesn't block all noise. Even after adjusting settings, odd high pitch noises come through into my ears and it drives me insane. -"copycat look" of airpods. They look like knock offs of airpods and the "arms" get in the way. I will be trading these in the moment they are paid off...

With both buds in, noise cancelation is perfection. I can focus on the sounds that I want to hear only. It's so quiet sometimes, I could hear my own thoughts. This is a product I would 100% guarantee you at least try, but it's a safe bet that you will love them!

The earbuds 3 pro are great, but not great for active people. I love the quality, sound, and fit of the buds pro 3. However, I am tough on them. I take them biking, running, and to the gym. I've had a few rides where I hit a jump and have fallen. Probably landed on the case. I've had a few runs, when it starts raining on me. After a few tough exercise sessions, the buds slowly stopped working. Then their support is terrible. Asking me to try all these things before they could help me. I've been on the chat with them for over an hour with no results. Loved the devices, but just not durable.

Features did not work. Turning on hearing enhancements made things muted. The volume was obviously lower and even making changes in hearing enhancements settings did not change anything. My work building has a lot of HVAC fan/vent noise the adaptive noise canceling did not dim that noise at all, it sounded like the normal ambient noise setting. Many times noises would hurt my ears when normally they wouldn’t, tearing receipts off the printer, electronic beeps, etc. I returned them after one day.

So I decided to spoil myself and buy the new Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The sound quality in these bad boys are out of this world. I also love the option of choosing noise canceling mode or ambient sound. I also like that I can choose the amount of ambient sound to allow. One feature that is touchy is the auto-detect. This is where if it hears talking it will switch off noise canceling. I'm one of those people that sings along with the music. It will detect that and change your listening experience. A bit disconcerting when that happens.

One of Samsung's worst earbuds. They don't stay in your ear and they constantly turn off noise cancelling. They also don't charge all the time in the case. Tried to return these and Samsung said only thing I could do is have the earbuds serviced. Don't waste your time with these
