[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time user of the Samsung Galaxy products, and have experienced almost every set of Galaxy buds along the way as they have been released. Coming from the Galaxy buds 2 pro, I had everything I needed from my ear buds. That is until the new version came out, and I decided to trade in to upgrade. I had no idea how much of a difference the new model would make in around, comfort, and features. Little annoyances that I had with my previous buds were resolved with the new version, and upgraded audio quality, design, and features were just icing on top. The audio commands, such as start music, stop music, etc. Make hands free control so much more streamlined! I didn't know I truly needed these upgrades until I experienced them, and now I can never go back.

I bought these about a month ago. They're great. Upgrading from the galaxy buds 2 to the 3 pro is a noticeable quality change that results in the arrow going up. It's a great product, good ANC, ambient mode, tuning (for ear buds that is) all good, with ONE glaring issue. The charging is so inconsistent sometimes the earbuds will charge fine with no issues. Other times, I have to wiggle it around in it's charging case. That brings me to another gripe. With Samsung positioning the product as a premium item, I'd expect all aspects of the item to be premium. The case is not one of those premium items, but an afterthought. With sloppy tolerances in the lid, it makes me wonder, did they take the time to properly engineer this, or did they rush it out the door to compete better with already established players?

I love the way the buds stay in my ears and the noise cancelation is amazing! The sound quality is amazing! The ambient sound is also really good!

The volume is fantastic both in loudness and quiet. The noise cancelation is amazing I can talk to someone with my window down and they have no idea my window is down. It works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra! The adaptive and ambient noise is amazing! I love how I can hear all around me compared to my other buds I had. They work seamless actions across apps. I would highly recommend them. They are really comfortable to. Greatest buds I've ever bought so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a lot of earbuds throughout my life and one of the few things that I find important is not only functionality, style, and fit but the amount of power it puts out. If you look up the specs of these earbuds pretty easy to use pretty easy to change the ear paddings to make it fit perfectly in your ear. But how easy to customize the functions so it suits your everyday life. Using the Galaxy AI has been a powerful tool applied to do many tasks create notes reminders and translate.

Sound quality is great, I can differentiate between musical instruments whenever I listen to music, and voices sound clear and loud on calls overall. The fit isn't the best, they move around a lot on my ear, no matter the size tips i choose. Noise cancellation is ok, but not enough to filter unnecessary sounds, voices or noise, it needs much improvement. The ambient sound boost/enhance feature is not good at all, i can hear my voice echoing and it interferes with everything else around. I expected much better from being called"pro"and the premium price. Battery life is ok it could also be better, specially with noise cancellation activated and other features like advanced quality options. I can probably squeeze about 7-8 hours of usage without any enhancements activated, half of that with those enhancement and noise cancellation turned on. Also, the case should not be slick and slippery, it should have texture and/or grip. I keep dropping it because it slips off my hand and now it's all nicked and scratched.
