I have had these since release. I like the sound quality but am not a fan of how the noise cancelling works. Even when you turn on the active noise cancelling it allows you to hear people's voices. It says it does this for safety and so you can hear people. If I am listening with noise cancelling I don't want to hear anyone. I want complete noise cancelling. I am trying to listen to my headphones while my wife watches TV and it is allowing voices from the TV to come through and even be amplified through my headphones. I want complete and total noise cancelling that I can turn on and off not one that does it when it feels like.

When the air hoses are used at my work or the sonic wave alcohol bath is running at work it makes my earbuds staticky and loud in my ears makes my eardrums hurt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got to start by saying that I love these earbuds by far they are the best earbuds I've ever owned in terms of functionality and features The AI is awesome especially when interpreting Spanish to English. It just so smooth and so fast it's quite incredible I have found a few small issues and one big issue that really kind of throws a stick in my spokes as for smaller issues I feel like I probably just battery life being a little less than anticipated as well as sometimes I do have some distortion but very rarely I also use my earbuds for almost constantly. My biggest concern and issue has been something that's just come off recently which is I lost my charging cradle case and Samsung does sell the charging cradle individually. They advised to just replace the earbuds but given the cost of the earbuds at purchase its totally unreasonable. The only solution that's out there is to buy a used third party case and that just seems questionable for many different reasons but it's the only solution if I want to continue to use these earbuds I'm actually kind of shocked there isn't any other options from Samsung. It really is a shame because I love you so much and I feel like I'm not getting the back end support that a flagship ear bud should offer. I've been a very loyal Samsung customer for last 15 years, every smartphone, tablet, washer dryer and buds have been registered Samsung products. I would have given a 5 star review except this recent issue.

The transparency is beyond anything I've ever experienced and I'm genuinely shocked when I take them off. It amplifies everyday sounds while keeping it pleasant. It works perfectly with Galaxy Ai and the Samsung ecosystem. It also transitions perfectly between my S20 ultra phone and my Tab S9 without issues. The volume is easy to control as well at the toggle between different modes. The fit is the only part that I don't completely love. Even with the different tips it doesn't fit perfectly snug. I bought some custom tips for the perfect fit. When it comes to gaming and low latency, these buds are amazing as well. Picking up all audio easily such as foot steps and the direction of the other players. The app was my personal favorite as I could customize every aspect of the sound, from big Bass sound, to podcast voices. These are a perfect add on to your Samsung devices.

Ranging from making the vocals, bass, background or instrumentals pop out more. My personal favorite feature is Noise Canceling, as someone living in NYC and having to take the subway its the best feature to use because I can listen to music and not worry about the amount of noises that happen around me. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to either immerse themselves in the music while out in public or just to relax without a worry of loud noises.
