Several customization features. The Galaxy AI feature takes some time to get used to but I have a feeling that Samsung has barely scratched the surface on this feature. Two drawbacks that can be annoying is ensuring that each bud is seated correctly in the charging case or else the next use you'll only have one bud fully charged. The other is random disconnection followed by reconnection with no reason or cause. Overall, I prefer these ear buds over other manufacturers due to the Samsung ecosystem and how their products integrate together.

Overall would of been a 5 star if it weren't for the charging situation.
