[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these ear buds but I must say I really haven't had a chance to explore everything about them or use the AI features. As far as sound quality, I'm very impressed with them. My other ear buds had to have the phone turned up to high and I still couldn't hear anything. These are great, much clearer. I mainly use them for streaming and calls at the moment. I'm very happy with the purchase so far.

It falls short for my needs. I have 2 phones, a work phone and personal. I wish it would connect to both simultaneously. Still a great procuct.

There are a multitude of offers to rectify this design flaw which indicates it's a common complaint. My galaxy buds fe don't have this issue. In a nutshell I wish i hadn't wasted my money on thesel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how these ear buds can switch between my 2 phones and my tablet by just looking at the device I'm currently using. Very easy to control my phone hands free while I'm doing yard work or working out. Also galaxy AI works amazing and best of all it's also hands free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound from these buds is exceptional. My biggest complaint is the fit and design. They fall out on my ears more regularly than the Buds 2 pro. I understand the design change but the angle doesn't work for me. I spend more time trying to keep them in my ears than enjoying my music. When I do listen to my music I do enjoy it though. I always have a hard time with the fit in my ear canal and the fit test always says there is not a good seal. Not sure how to fix that though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung buds 3 pro, when I was searching for earbuds and I no gonna lie I was for selecting an sony earbuds, but after see some reviews and see the Galaxy ai what the 3 pro have I buy it and love it, that was my first buy for start to buy an ecosystem samsung, and it's amazing how many things have the Galaxy AI, I love samsung they show me an future in the present, they are the innovation was some apples don't do in years, I love it when I was a kid and I love it now, thank you samsung for be samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the buds 3 pro. Took a second to get used to the difference from the buds 2 pro but no complaints. They're all around better minus it feels as tho the 3's batteries don't last as I'd like. I use them for gaming (voice chat) and music at work and average about 4 hrs before they're beeping for a charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm often listening to audio books while I work and dont want to annoy others with my books so I use ear pods usually with one in and one in the case. The buds last a long time I can usually make it through the whole day without putting the case on charge. Unfortunately the earbuds dont charge easily. I have to have the app open to see if the buds are charging then move and push on the buds till it shows that it charges. If I just put them in without doing that it won't charge. Over all great sound but charging is a pain. I haven't had mush opportunity to use the Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This earbuds are great. I just them daily and the equalizer which has Galaxy AI adjusts my music based on how my Buds fits my ears. So every time you put tgem in, i get the best possible sounds of my music.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned four different pairs of Galaxy buds and these might just be my least favorite for a very specific annoying reason. First let me start with saying that these sound great! They look very attractive and the case and wonderful. The features are very handy and the app works well for me. The new touch controls are more customizable and offer ways to use. Like I said, I really want to love these. My issue that keeps me from enjoying these is the shape impeding on getting a a comfortable fit. These hurt my ears more than any of the other buds ive owned. I can only wear for half an hour max before being painfull, this also translate to poor fitment that tens to get pushed out of my ears. I have spent a large amount of time trying different fitment angles and the included sizes to no avail. I believe it's due to the new shape of these buds that protrude more into the ear canal.
