[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're great. They do just as well as advertised. But the biggest issue I face with them is they're fit. With them pressing against my Crus of Helix which is an issue for me but not other people. The other 2 issues are mostly software and a bit hardware related with the first being the active noise cancelation is not very strong. Which can be improved by increasing the length of the ear tips and making them softer, along with a better sound isolation processing. The last issue is the integration with one UI and widgets, not being able to do advanced setting options such as ultra-high quality audio and earbud fit test from a widget. Along with limited equalizer settings such as only having one custom preset and limited adjustability, the equalizer bands. But even with all of that, it's still a great product, especially if you can get it on a sale.

And so far they have been amazing I use them for eveything gym, work, listening to music, movies. And the sound has been nothing less than amazing. The controls are easy to find and adjust to your preference. The adaptive noise canceling is amazing. I hear what I wanna hear and block everything else overall these buds are best bang for your buck

I had to place a tracker on a key chain incase I lost them which I have! I hadn't found galaxy Ai useful in the use of the buds but its great on the phone I do love them but I am scared to take them anywhere due to the fact I might lose them!

It could be better if the battery capacity improves and have the multipoint feature enabled. The buds definitely listen to its surroundings when in use. It hears everything from a whisper to a loud conversation. The live translate helps with this when talking to another person from English to Spanish. It helps me understand what they are trying to saying without asking anyone else for help. The new stems kinda works, but not really because its kinda not responsive when its on your ear and your trying to increase volume or pause the music or video that you are viewing or listening. I would rate this buds a 8.3 out of 10 because of the AI features.

This is my second pair becuase thier my favorite buds, i bought the white Now to match my white watch 8 classic,cant go wrong with the buds 3 Pro sound quality is very good,ordered directly from samsung which is always a easy and fast process. From app to my door wasn't long at all.
