Bud issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product sound is great. The only issue/problem I have with the buds is that it won't stay longer on ears every 2 minutes. You will need to adjust them back into your ears. If only they can fixed the slip part I think it should be fine. Not me having to buy an Anti-slip ear cover for it. Fix the slip Sound quality is good Love the features

Sound could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality could be improved, as it lacks crispness. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with the location feature — when I’m using the buds, the app incorrectly reports that they are not nearby.

Great with one caveat

The sound quality in these buds are well above anything else I've tried so far. I traded in my Galaxy Buds2 Pro and got these for my new Galaxy Z Fold7 and so far I'm loving all the quality and the new features. I don't understand why buds would need lights on them, however. I'm sure I'll never use them. My only caveat is that I VERY much dislike the "Pinch to X" in order to operate my buds. I have to position my fingers on them in such a way as to disturb the fit. With my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, all it took was a light push or tap. Not a huge deal but definitely not something I can give 5 stars for.

Only with samsung headphones have problem

I love Samsung, the freedom he has to be able to do what he wants, I love it is incredible, but something I do not like is that the headphones always bring me problems with the previous ones, it was not heard loudly from one, and now with this, the problem I have is that the microphone works when he wants, I do not know if because they are the new ones, the first ones always go bad, but I always have problems with the headphones

Use a soft brush or cotton swab to gently remove any build-up. You can also restart your earbuds by placing them in the charging case for about 7 seconds before removing them. Best pair of earrings buds ive owned

Awesome sound quality and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Galaxy Buds Pro 3 ear buds. The sound quality is full and rich sounding. And thanks to Galaxy AI they are feature rich as well. From real-time language translation. To voice control of playback and volume. These are a joy to use. As a Healthcare Worker I use them to make my job easier and more productive as well. They work seamlessly with my Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy Watch Ultra too. I definitely recommend them!

Decent headphones but some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds pro seem a bit quiet but it's also my first pair of noise cancelling headphones so that could be why. These also fall out of my ears which is not ideal. The last thing that annoys me is that when I touch the headphones it hangs up the call. Otherwise I'm happy with the sound and quality of the buds.

Not worth the price!

I've had the buds less than a year. The left bud only charges periodically now. A few days ago I started getting notifications the charging case isn't charging properly. For the amount of money I paid for these buds I figured they should last more than a few months! This is ridiculous!

Great Ambient Sound

I find this feature to work great when I need to talk to someone else at the gym as I dont need to pull out my phone to pause my music. It will just turn down by itself.
