[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these earbuds mainly on day trips. They do exceptionally well for calls and music above all is best when it comes to its drivers. They are really good at noise canceling for the average day to day activity especially in big crowds. With just enough frequency to hear your own surroundings. I can push it to its limits by using different settings to enhance these features more effectively. When my hands are busy I really appreciate the speak feature where you simply speak and it does accordingly to the command you give it to either raise or lower volume. Or play and pause. It does okay on some occasions. Recently, I found out if someone says a similar command it will toggle automatically without me mentioning it. This happens rarely. The Galaxy Ai feature only seems to work only when im using the germani or translator app that comes with Samsung and it does poorly in my option. I understand its still under development so I happen to only focus on using it for its functionality which in my case is jamming to music. That alone is enough for me. But alittle more intentionality with the products intention which is essentially AI capabilities could make these earbuds useful for setting tasks without doing them manually. The Led lights on the ear buds is a cool addition to the design and very unique. I dont use it much since it takes battery life from the buds more quickly. This is an area that can also be improved. They serve no other purpose other wise.

I especially like the adaptive sound mode so if my kids need something, I don't have to worry about not hearing them (even if I'm rocking out to my music while doing the dishes). The Galaxy AI features are well implemented and useful, especially since I also have a Galaxy phone (S23 Ultra). I own a small healthcare clinic and regularly use the translation function for patients that do not speak English. Would like a few more language options (especially Hebrew), but just this week I've used Spanish, French, and Uzbek language packages to communicate effectively. Favorite Samsung accessory I own.

They are comfortable and elegant not just that but they are sophisticated as well. Galaxy AI being introduced to the buds is so amazing. I work around a lot of loud noises and when I put my earbuds on I can hear my coworkers clearly and cancel out the noise from the machinery the amount of settings options that you get for the buds is vast and gives you the opportunity to adjust the buds to your needs and wants. Galaxy AI thank you for protecting my hearing while enjoying the best sound quality ever! The product is 10/10 recommended to everyone. They dont stay in my ears at all.. i have to shove them in every 5 min or less sometimes. That or wear ear muffs or a beanie to hold them in.. why do i have to shove them in so deep? It feels like they are pushing on my eardrums.. and they also feel like they stretch my ears out... the sound canceling is great but i cant really move around with them in or they will fall out.. and when they fall out and hit the ground they have a loud ringing in them. The only way to fix the ringing is to put them back in the case for a few min.. i have the smallest rubber things on them but they still dont fit.. how can i make them more comfortable nd not fall out??? Please help these were expensive!!
