Traded in the first set of new buds for these with the same outcome. They NEVER stay in your ear, especially when working out. They even start slipping while walking. And yes, I tried every ear size multiple times... Do us all a favor Samsung, run better QC tests with active people, not people in a lab. Went back to my over the ear Beats...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The redesign for the galaxy buds 3 pro is a welcomed change as it allows much better touch control features. The ability to modify the settings to fit your preferred sound signatures are great. The issue that I have is that they don't sit tightly in my ear and feel loose when working out. The lack of multi device connectivity is lack luster and speaks to Samsung need to keep people in their ecosystem which takes away a lot of possibilities to non samsung users. The noise cancelation is not as good as buds 2 pro but still passable when listening to loud music. Overall the sound quality is much better and clear. It has a neutral tone in its basic out of the box setting but can deliver a punch with fine tuning. The lights are kind of gimmicky. The finish on the buds looks really premium and it feels premium. I can recommend these but not for thr full msrp. Definitely worth it with a trade in and a must have for samsung users.

The external noise cancellation works perfectly. Not to mention the part that impressed me the most: the real-time translation. Simply perfect!

El sonido es excelente, con buenos graves y claridad tanto en música como en llamadas. La cancelación de ruido funciona bastante bien para el día a día, y el modo ambiente también es útil cuando necesito estar atento a lo que pasa alrededor. Son cómodos, se ajustan bien al oído y no molestan aunque los use por varias horas. La batería me ha durado lo suficiente para no tener que preocuparme durante el día, y el estuche se carga rápido. Además, la conexión con el teléfono es súper fluida y los controles táctiles funcionan sin problemas. Lo único que no me convence es que sacarlos del estuche no es tan cómodo como debería. A veces cuesta agarrarlos bien, especialmente si tienes los dedos un poco húmedos o estás con prisa. Fuera de ese detalle, son unos audífonos muy completos. Les doy 4 estrellas porque todo lo demás funciona excelente.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This buds brings me the most quality audio I could ask, its noise cancelation is incredible, I use them for calling my husband, he is truck driver and travels a lot, so he hasn't much time to text and I am in call many hours, and that's why I use them, I also play music while doing homework or shores at home, when Im in a trip they are useful to keep me awake and don't get bored.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the buds overall. They have great, premium build quality and all of the features work really well. I especially love having access to Galaxy AI on all my devices. The 3 things I wish were a bit better: 1) I wish the buds were not rotated in the case. When you take them out, you need to turn them around before putting them in your ear. 2) whenever I take the buds out of my ears, I have to be especially careful how I grab them because often I will accidentally press the button which will play/pause my media. If I hold them from the earbud part instead of the stem, then I will end up blocking the sensors which will make them think they are in my ear, which will turn the noise cancelling on again or something. 3) I wish there was multi-device connecting. I'd love to connect them to my laptop and my phone and have it automatically switch from the laptop to my phone when I get a call, or have a gesture on the buds to quickly switch between 2 devices.
