[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally put off by the design change but this buds are next level, great replacement for my buds 2 pro. They are very comfortable and I love how the controls are responsive while preventing accidental input. The bass ane ANC are supreme. They do give my bigger over-the-ear headphones a run for their money. I haven't noticed any of the galaxy AI features on them, but not sure if it's because I'm running on S22 Ultra. However, the new charging case design also prevents them from getting lost or spreading all over the floor when dropped since it has a latch that locks the lid. Highly recommended, the only test pending is time and hiw they hold up in a couple years but so far I love them.

These buds have the noise cancellation feature you can control. The buds have lights on the side that make them look futuristic. They change color depending on the function. The connection to my phone was seamless. The battery life lasts a long time. I can go days without charging them. The charging case charges the buds after every use. The case can also charge wirelessly. The buds have touch control functions when pressed or when you slide your finger on the stem of the buds. You can designate a bud to answer phone calls on the app. The app is very useful with a great variety of features. In the app you can tune your buds with an equalizer feature. Also in the app you can find your earbuds whenever they're misplaced. You can send a tone to easily find them. Overall these buds are a great value for the money. They would make a great gift for any tech savvy person. I would definitely recommend them.

The pro buds 2 are better in my opinion, only fir the easy touch feature. The new pinch feature is difficult if you have longer nails. Great sound but the new controls are a bit frustrating to get used too. I wish they came with smaller var silicones because the originals are a too big and they fall out a lot which will pause what you are listening to. I haveto adjust them constantly. Another new feature that wouldn't work with my Pro 2 buds is the voice controls. These pro 3 buds seem to respond to Alexa and Google.

The sound quality is very very good. Crisp clear sound. Voice quality during calls is unmatched. There is not one thing I don't like about the new Buds3 pros.

Coming from the Bud pro original, these are a great improvement. I might have gotten lucky with mine as I have not seen the issues that others encounter. I actually bought two pairs and they both work well. My wife would always complain with the originals that she could hear background noise but with these, she said are perfect. I wear one pair about 6 hours in a day, battery life is good bit keep in mind that noise cancel or ambient will shorten battery life but still better than the first edition. I agree with someone that mentioned the awkwardness of putting them in the case but I can live with that. I can only speak for me that I have no issues with either pair which were purchased a month apart. No regrets here!

I traded in my old headphones for these new headphones a few months ago and I have to say; I really prefer the Galaxy Buds2 versus the 3. I liked being able to tap instead of pinching for audio control. I am a chef, so when I wear headphones I liked being able to keep my hands sanitary by using the back of my hand to tap versus pinching. Also, the response to stopping music with tapping is much quicker than pinching.

I use my buds a lot while shopping to drown out the noise and I hear nothing around me while using them. The way you change songs or pause using the buds took some getting used to but nothing that hindered my use. I know there was some Galaxy AI talk with these but I'm not 100% sure what that entails in my use with them. Nothing specifically has jumped out at me for that.
