I've had these headphones since they released. They are THE WORST iteration by far. I've had every single version of these headphones. Use during any active activity is completely useless. The swipe feature for volume never works. Trying to "pinch" the headphones for sound control is so awkward even while sedentary, you almost rip them out each time you go to pause. Forget doing that while running. They're super uncomfortable! They don't fit under even large ear protection. Like it's nice to be working in the shop and have your headphones in under the hearing protection. The noise canceling is noticeably worse than the pro 2. Then it's just ugly. The old style that fully formed and locked to your ear was perfect. I've been just pushing through it but now they're not charging well and not syncing together so I'm taking them back on my warranty and getting the FE version since those resemble the pro 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the noise canceling feature that comes with the phone. I can zone out the outside world when I'm walking by and If I were to need to do anything, i can hold the button and use my Galaxy AI to do certain task as I go without using my phone.

It even reduces the volume of current playing song to be aware of the situation. - Voice commands to control the music is a bliss, in situations where I can't use my hands for touch controls, like when cycling, biking, they perfectly understand my voice. - Base is of very good quality and I can feel it all the time with the preset of Bass Boost in the equalizer. - The touch controls enable seamless actions across apps and they are very intuitive to use. The bad: - The only not so bad thing I felt was that the fit might be a little loose, but that might be of my issue, I will try with different size of earbuds. Overall, it's a great product which will last very long with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 pro are great, a brutal change compared to the Buds 2 Pro, I love the design for the visual but more than anything because I don't have that shock with the touch panel when taking them off or taking them, I really like the gray color and the lights give it a very Pro touch, the sound quality is very good even at full volume it does not lose that quality and the sound does not bother, the noise cancellation is very good, the ambient sound is heard very well as if I did not have the headphones on, the battery life lasts much longer, the best thing is that I can use it with my entire Samsung ecosystem, an affordable price, a very good decision, thank you

Man did I get suckered into this garbage. These don't work with Microsoft Teams, don't buy them if you need to use them for this. Samsung knows about this and has made a stance that they aren't going to fix the compatibility with Team at the expense of sound quality (minimal and probably unnoticeable, my Google Pixel Buds Pro work fantastic with Teams and have great sound quality). I have the entire ecosystem of Samsung products so it's not like I don't like their stuff, it's just this is not a usable product for me without this compatibility and I'm sure i'm not alone.

New design fixes that, only objection I have are the "buttons" trying to get the lights to come in is mad frustrating. Other than that I love em!

They recognize only my voice in response and allow outside noise in when I want it, then if I stop speaking, it goes right back to the way it was before. Seamless, low friction operations, especially compared to the way I used to do things with buttons and whatnot. Thanks!

The stem actually helps them stay put better and allows for additional controls while wearing them. The buds and case have great battery life. Sound quality is great as well as the noise canceling and ambient sound features. Cons: Pairing was kind of a pain, especially when moving them from my old S22 to my S25. Galaxy AI could be a useful feature...but I don't really want to talk to my buds so not useful to me.
