The bass is deep, and the highs are crystal clear. They're also super comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life is excellent. Plus, the noise-canceling feature works like a charm. The new design is a better fit and the stem on each earbud makes for easy changes of songs and volume. The 3D technology is a treat whenever I'm wearing the buds and watching a movie on my tablet.

It is incredible how much clear and fuller the highs and bass are. The Equalizer is also a very much appreciated feature. The battery life is also a huge upgrade and is one of the main reasons I have recommended them to others. Being able to just say Next song and it skips it or pause and the music pauses etc. is a great feature made possible by samsungs "Galaxy AI". Also the blade lights are a nice touch. 9 out 10 earbud experience. Not a 10 out 10 only because one of the earbuds ripped when trying to replace it with a different size. The support team soon had me sent a complete replacement set though so 10 out 10 for service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise cancelling powered by Galaxy AI works great, it adjusts to how the buds are in my ear so even if they shift a bit from running or laying down I don't lse the comfort of the noise cancellation. The buds also connect to my TV without any hassle just by opening the case near the TV. And as soon as I want my phone audio they switch automatically. Battery life is great even with noise cancellation on. The lights add a wow factor that sets them apart from other earbuds I've had.

I kept them because I for a discount via a trade-in for my Buds Pro... Unfortunately, Buds Pro 2 are better in every way. These new buds have a few serious issues: 1)the new form factor makes it much more difficult to play, pause, answer calls, adjust volume and do everything else I used to be able to do with just a press because now, strangely, it requires a pinch. 2) the ANC noise is now very pronounced and the noise isolation itself is way worse than it was on both buds 2 pro and the original buds pro 3) I noticed that "tuned by AKG is gone from the box, is that why the sound is louder but with so much distortion? 4) the stem not only makes it more difficult to operate but also introduces constant noises by rubbing against my skin and clothing. 5) I expected improvements in battery life area and there aren't any 6) every single so-called "AI" feature is completely and utterly useless. 7) my silicone eartips broke on day three and I'm still looking for a replacement, Samsung customer service was unable to help me with any of my issues, period and they don't sell replacements. As far as pros, well, these are louder than the previous buds2pro and BudsPro but it's not a benefit really because there are now noises and the quality of the sound isn't nearly as good. The case came with a carrying strap add on for free, so that's good, I guess... Overall, I am extremely unhappy and will continue to use buds2pro until I either run out of patience or Samsung fixes the ANC noise and sound problems with a software update.

The active noise cancelation and transparency also drastically improved and sound way better. As for Galaxy AI there isn't much to say regarding the buds, they work like before with Assisstants.
