I bought them a mouth ago and left earphone doesn't work properly, it charges poorly, only after several attempts, it starts charging and very slowly! I wiped it and cleaned it, nothing helps! It's really awful! I'm always with one earphone! Is that why I bought them??

I upgraded from the Buds+ through a trade-in program and was genuinely excited to try the new Buds3 Pro. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into regret. First impressions were promising. I used the fit test in the app, and it said everything was good. But the real test came at the gym—and that’s where things fell apart, literally. With movement and a bit of sweat, the buds kept slipping out. I spent more time hunting for them on the floor than focusing on my workout. I even tried changing the ear tips (or gaskets or whatever they’re called), but nothing worked. Same poor fit, same frustration. Sound quality? It’s fine, maybe a bit better bass than the Buds+, but not a night-and-day difference. Active noise cancellation? Minimal improvement, if any. If you're active and rely on a secure fit, think twice before making the switch. I wish I had.

The fluid user experience has been nothing more then amazing. First the audio code has keep me enticed with every beat. The AI features with the Ultra 24 are amazing. And the fluid connection with the Ultra watch are top notch. Samsung has out done their selves with this ecosystem. Thanks for making my life easier and keeping the user in mind on further updates and upgrades.

After waiting for the delayed shipping date. I got these buds3 Pro a day early. But after just 30 minutes of use, I started getting crackling and popping sounds from the right-side ear bud. Then after a few more pops and crackling, the right ear bud started giving a constant static sound. I tried all different setting. Nothing changed. Very unhappy and disappointed! I did like the voice controls, the ANC was fantastic (until the bud gave out.) and it was comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really hate the new form factor. The stem keeps catching on everything, causing the headphones to fly off. So far, I have been lucky and they haven't fallen anywhere I can't retrieve them. Secondly, the controls are a huge inconvenience. The old controls, simply tapping on the headphones, were so much easier and more convenient. I could be carrying bags in both hands and still be able to pause and resume or answer a call. With the new squeeze controls, my hand needs to be completely free to make any changes. Honestly, audio quality aside, this is the worst generation of the buds.

So the control mechanism on these earbuds is absolutely horrible. I don't know what they were thinking. It no longer is a single easy touch to the side of the earbuds but now requires almost a two-finger motion for any of the controls. I have had the buds pro and I've had the buds pro 2 before these and I think so far their Buds Pro 2 were their best release yet. This is a downgrade for in my opinion. With that said I think the audio quality is similar to the buds pro 2 and I haven't had much chance to test with higher quality audio files like a flac file at the newer-supported higher resolutions. If I could be trade back my buds pro twos for these I would do it in a heartbeat. Here's to hoping the fours will be a major improvement.

My cat loves to chase them when I leave them on the table but the finder app helps me locate them. I was able to pick them up for a cheaper price when I bought a Samsung phone.

I still own a pair and they are fantastic! The new buds3 pro blew me away with their sleek design and case that feels solid and durable. These sit in my ear so comfortably, most times i forget they are in my ear. The new light feature on these looks sleek too. The clear case that came along as a promo offer was a nice touch. Quality of sound: Talking about the quality of sound, the noise cancellation on these is top notch. Not only that, I've gotten feedback from others saying, my voice had little to no background noise and was crystal clear. Overall comments: Extremely satisfied with the Buds3 Pro.

I even tried multiple, all, amsung buds such as live, buds you name it I have tried it and didn't like any of it. During that time samsung announced buds3 pro and mu expectation was same as buds2 so my hope was not high. But when I saw the fresh new look I knew I had to try it and ohh boy i liked it immediately. The noise cancelation is nice. It also have crazy Galaxy AI future such as saying the command "volume down" turns the volume down.

I was expecting them to be good, but they totally blew me away. The sound quality is incredible, and the comfort is unbeatable. I've been listening to music all day and they're still comfy after hours. If you're thinking about getting a new pair of earbuds, these are a must-have!
