[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds3 Pro to listen to my favorite music while I'm working, doing chores around my house, taking a walk, outside work like yardwork, or washing vehicles. I was washing my car and like always listening to my music from my Samsung phone on my Buds3 Pro and I had to grab my sunglasses off my face because I had soap suds on them and one of my Buds3 Pro dropped from my ear into my soap water pail. I urgently was swimming my hands in the pail trying to find my Buds3 Pro, thinking its not going to be good, I just ruined one of my Buds. After locating it under water and soap suds, I shook it a few times to remove the suds and excess water, put back into my ear and it worked and just as good as before, amazing piece of electronics. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pair of in-ear head phones outside of the noise canceling wasnt as good as the bud 2's and the EQ could have been better. The interface for the EQ is fairly basic and doesn't allow you to truly control the best song for the right person individual. When changing the ear tips it can be a little difficult because seems like you might break them. With my bud 2's never had a problem with them shift, moving, or having problems sealing properly for the noise canceling. My biggest complaint would be the pinch controls vs a tap control that previous versions had and made it super easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a a nice upgrade from my FE's which I really liked. I love that Samsung brought back the wireless charging capability on these. Now I can use my s24 Ultra to charge them without hunting down a cable. The sound is amazing with deep, rich bass and bring an immersive sound experience when streaming movies.

Features did not work. Turning on hearing enhancements made things muted. The volume was obviously lower and even making changes in hearing enhancements settings did not change anything. My work building has a lot of HVAC fan/vent noise the adaptive noise canceling did not dim that noise at all, it sounded like the normal ambient noise setting. Many times noises would hurt my ears when normally they wouldn’t, tearing receipts off the printer, electronic beeps, etc. I returned them after one day.

The sound could be better compared to other headphones such as the Sony.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Buds 2 Pro and I'm mostly happy with them. Do I think they're an upgrade? Mostly, yes. I deducted 1 star because of the case design (I prefer the clam shell design), and the touch sensitivity of the stick design of the buds themselves. I do love the audio quality and the battery life. The ANC is also wonderful.

Im hispanic so once I saw the translate feature with the buds I grabbed my buds and Flip6 had my mom speak to me in spanish and having the buds translate in real time was sooooooo cool. Not even that but the noise cancelation just feels better but over all the stemm design was the right way to go for Samsung. From a loyal customer i appreciate this design. Only thing I wish the buds had was more control over the lights on the buds. So much potential for themv
