Just purchased the product and found it was easy to pair with phone and configure. The features, look and feel of the product is good and as expected, however the sound quality just didn't quite hit the mark. Its hard to describe it, but I would say that the sound lacked depth, felt somewhat flat and tinny. The digital sound enhancements created a large space feeling and sounded processed. I think for someone who might have sound quality on the bottom of their priority list, this product will still hit the mark. All around I think it's still a solid product, but the features weren't enough for me to consider keeping since sound quality is top on the list for me. TLDR: Features are great; sound was okay.

These are the best in ear head phone I have ever owned and I have owned many, many, many different brands. From every Samsung bud including all pro series to other name brands and cheap knock offs. Rivals even some of the better over ear head phones, better than most but more comfortable.

These STUNK. Literally smelled like burning plastic. Didn't wash off. It was a known issue at the release but I guess they didn't fix all of them yet. The ANC also has an unusually loud hiss. Pro 2 ANC had no such issue On top of that the idiotic triangle stem is unusually hard to get into the case. You want to be able to do it in the dark, with ease, not fiddling and dropping them. Went with a different brand after realizing they make better earbuds for cheaper. Its a shame because sound quality and comfort were great but there is way more competition these days. I'd wait till they fix their issues. I returned them

I dont have any issues with that with these. I also love all the features like noise canceling and ambient sound settings. I really enjoy the a.i features as well. I give these earbuds a 15 out of 10.

I cannot accurately review the sound or ANC features because I cannot get a good fit with ANY of the supplied ear tips. I have been trying for 4 months to no avail. To Samsung Support: PLEASE DO NOT send me the stock response about "articles" and FAQs dealing with ear placement and fit. You need ADDITIONAL sized tips. Period. Read the reviews on this site. I am NOT the only one with this issue.

The battery life is pretty consistently good and work just fine to fit my daily activities. With the software I enjoy using a lot of new software tweaks and updates from the buds2 like switching seamless actions across apps and devices as I use a tab s10Ultra as well as the s24Ultra. I have so far been unable to enjoy the perks that would eventually come with one ui7 & android 15. Like the now brief or audio eraser.
