[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded my old Galaxy Buds pro 1,which I loved and thought were better than airpods pro for the Buds 3 pro and hands down these are the best earbuds I have tried for daily use in my opinion. The call quality is amazing and the sound profiles are great. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new buds3 pro are a huge upgrade to the buds2 pro. The design fits more snug in your ear for a longer hold. The galaxy AI works great for live translation, i use it daily to overcome the present language barrier at my job. Battery life is great for all day use, as i use them for 10 hours a day at work, then for my daily 3hr bike ride after im off and they still have some decent life left in them. Overall highly recommend these to anyone especially galaxy users

I'd say the 2 best features are the ANC and the voice controls since they make life way easier! I like how the adaptive setting uses Galaxy AI to prioritize certain sounds so I'm not completely isolated from the environment I'm in. Overall I love them.

The advanced Galaxy AI ambient sound suppression is great for when I'm mowing the lawn, playing PUBG Mobile, or just in a noisy environment. On the flip side of this; you can change the settings to allow you to hear things in the background that you wouldn't normally hear. I love the scenes features. I can start my video game and my saved earbuds settings will automatically change to my preferred settings and then back, when I stop playing. The pause media when you remove an earbud is also a plus. The Galaxy Al features are a cherry on the top.

The most useful to me is the additional shortcuts for volume adjustment without needing to take out the phone as well as the incorporation with Samsung routines and Galaxy AI

When I receive phone calls everyone I speak hears me clearly as if I was holding the phone to my face. These Buds are definitely well worth the price tag for anyone looking for a very good quality in-ear headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is very good and I like the features and AI functions. My issue is with the Buds 3 Pro fit test. I have tried different positions and different ear pieces, but none reqister a good fit, which can be frustrating.

This product is flawed. The Buds can fail to charge from normal wear and tear like sweat. Plus Samsung will claim water damage and void the warrenty. Now I have an expensive ear bud that won't charge and Samsung charging almost the whole price of new buds to repair. You lost a customer today. No ear buds again from Samsung.

Original Buds, and Buds 2 were great. These are terrible. They constantly come loose and also fall out of my ear. Why is the design so bad? It's like they weren't made for human ears, especially since all the previous generations of Samsung buds fit so well. Also, the language translation they spent so much time advertising is not really functional. The translations are wrong or nonsense, and mess up when the wearer of the buds speaks. The app, in the part for translations, is very clunky and unintuitive. Overall, I regret buying these, and would not recommend.
