They had the design down pat! There was nothing wrong with pro 2 setup. The tech, quality of materials, and advancements are frickn outstanding! It's the design, the lack of ability for a snug fit that damages this product. I love Samsung and about 80% of their products however the tech advancements alone are not enough to go from pro 2 to pro 3, just because of the design alone. I would recommend the 3's unless like me you're an audiophile. That's someone who loves music;) say a 7 out of 10 maybe. Imo: Should have just made the buds with spikes that stick out of your ear. Like a bud on a stick:) they could call us spikeheads! They'd have had a place for directional mics and since everyone's ear it different the ability to spin and set them would have been astounding.

They fit in my ear most comfortably, and do not make my ears sore after a while like most other earbud type headphones. The Galaxy AI driven noise cancelling features make it so I can focus on my multimedia and not miss a thing when my wife or daughter talk to me. Over all a 10 out of 10; super glad I decided to make this investment.

That's said the ear tips are very hard to remove without damaging them . One of my three sizes tore right off when I was carefully changing it ! The ambient noise reduction is not as good as the buds pro (1) . Over all 3 star because great sounds quality and good battery life, but less comfortable and ripping eartip, also charging is a little precarious and I need to confirm ear bud us charging individually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somehow I was not a big fan of the previous generation. They were always falling off my ears regardless of the tips I used. With the current generation, they stay in my ear and ANC works much better. I liked the addition of Galaxy AI to the buds. The live translation is great and now I can hear my friends private conversations on other languages. I was lucky to receive the buds in launch date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these buds. When I first saw them I was worried about how they would look in my ear especially with the stem design. These have become my main earbuds for listening to music and working out in. They fit comfortably and the ai features are great. These buds switch between adaptive mode and normal mode when necessary. One of my favorite features is being able to easily control the volume by swiping up and down on the stems. I enjoy the protective case but it sucks that you have to remove the headphone case in order to pair it to another device such as another phone or even their Galaxy watches .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an issue with how the buds fall out of my ear. Every time I lean over or doing an activity it tends to fall out. I wish it had some sort of sticky substance that would help secure them inside the ear canal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device sits comfortably and stays in place in my ear. Ease of connection across devices and apps is fantastic. The noise suppression and ambient focus is amazing. Originally I had the first gen Galaxy buds pro which didn't have a stem propping some weight up and only relied on the rubber ear piece and ear to stay in place and if I tried to push it back in, the touch commands of pause/play would take place and it could get in a position where it would always increase the volume unless I repositioned it or turned off touch commands. The pro buds 3 has zero of those issues. Overall I am glad with the devices improvements over previous gens, amazing sound quality, and great comfort. I've used these more in the past week than I have my previous ones. I would absolutely recommend.
