I'm a die hard samsung fan, all my stuff is samsung. I've never been this disappointed in a product from my favorite company. The buds pro design? Amazing. Buds 2 pro? Fantastic! They stayed in the ears with a low profile that never got caught on hair. The sound was spectacular. The Buds 2 pro were awesome as entry kevel hearing aids and greatly improved my quality of life. They even allowed me to hear well enough to get a great job! But the Buds 3 Pro.. the sound is great, when you can get them to sit correctly in your ear. It is so difficult to get these in your ears I absolutely hate the design. They're comfortable enough when you eventually get them in, but if you have long hair, forget it. They pull right out as soon as your hair gets caught on the annoying stem. Not a fan of this one. Wish I'd kept my buds 2 pro and waited for them to make the 4 sans stem. Much love to samsung, but not the buds 3 design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the audio quality from these Buds. The biggest change coming from my previous model are the new tips. I cant quite seem to find a set of tips that fit as well as my previous model. Unfortunately the previous model tips are not compatible so im stuck trying to make one of these sets work. When I do get them in however, I love the quality. I make decent use of the Audio Eraser as well and I like the utility.

I used them just for 2 weeks for running (no rain or water near them) normal use, IAfter a long run yhey started to make a lousy weird beep and the case started to blink. I sent them to repair and told me that they could´t be repaired and Samgung wont make good the warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung user since Galaxy S3. Current phone: S24 Ultra. Have used Original buds, buds 2 pro and now buds 3 pro. Primary use cases: music and lots of phone calls and meetings on my phone. However, I can certainly say that the overall experience of the buds 3 pro paired to a Galaxy device, is better than anything I have experienced so far. Details in the points below The sync is so smooth, the ecosystem integration (with Tab S8 plus and S7 Ultra that I also own) is seamless to the point it is mildly annoying now to have to pair with anything else. The sound quality is near perfect. The ANC is flawless, even when talking to others. I have taken calls in busy casinos, airports, and noisy stadiums. Not one of my friends/colleagues at the other end could ever hear much more than my voice. Also the feature of letting you hear your own voice while on calls is fantastic. The music sound great, and the EQ settings allow you to personalize your experience. The touch controls are very intuitive and responsive. I am waiting for the new Galaxy AI features announced with the fold and flip lines to come to the S24 Ultra soon. They looked pretty cool with the buds3 pro. The only 2 things I docked the one star for are: 1. The triangular stems are a nightmare to hold and put the buds back into the case. I keep dropping and fumbling 2. Even with the new design, the fit causes ear fatigue with prolonged use. Mind you, it's way better than other in ears I have used, but not for all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received my Galaxy buds 3 Pro and I've been using them for the last few months now. The experience has been great, they fit better than the previous generation. They are more comfortable, they have better sound with great noise cancellation and Ambient sound features. Galaxy AI has been a game changer and can detect my voice and block out background noise so I can be heard even with a lot of background noise. Living somewhere that's very windy this becomes very helpful so I can be heard on calls even with the noisiest of background. The ambient noise feature sounds like I'm wearing hearing aids it works so well now. Noise cancellation is just as good or better than the previous generation with Galaxy AI. More than impressed, big jump from the previous generation. Id give these a 9/10 and would suggest them from anyone that would need casual headphones to someone that would like to wear them while playing sports or exercising. Also Great for buisness. These are an all around great options for any kind of user. They also seamlessly connect to my Samsung phone Samsung tablet, Samsung watch and Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really the first buds I've had that do both noise canceling and ambient sound very well. With Galaxy AI voice commands such as "play", "pause", "next track", etc. make for a completely handsfree experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the use of galaxy AI in my buds for ease of use. The lights on the edge of the buds are a cool detail and optional which i love. Sound quality is definitely better than my bud 2 pros and the earbuds dont slide out the way my old ones would.

I did put foam tips for better isolation and fit. The noise canceling works well. I can't hear the mower at all. I haven't used the AI feature much, but I will.
