We understand that finding the right fit is crucial for an optimal listening experience, and it sounds like you’ve already tried the additional ear tips. To help you achieve a better seal, please check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks – you'll see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Make sure to insert the right bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Also, angling the earbud slightly so that the microphone is pointing towards your mouth (instead of straight down) can enhance your experience.
