I actually used Galaxy AI to assist in not only connecting the device but in locating the buds. The sound quality is unbeatable. Thank you Galaxy for continuing to put a great product out we trust.

These are the biggest pieces of crp I have ever owned. Already have gone through 3 pairs and they all have same issues, problems connecting, problems charging and audio cutting in and out. The original buds were so much better. I can't wait for you guys to make a new Gen so I can throw these in the trash, might just do a new brand all together. Straight garbage headphones.

Earbuds have great sound quality and battery life. They connect quickly to your phone and do very well to block outside noise. The Earbuds are comfortable even after a couple hours of use. Biggest flaw is the charger Case. This is now my 2nd pair and both cases just never worked properly. Even though the earbuds and Case were both dry and clean, the charger Case just wouldn't charge my earbuds.

And to top that off the state of tha art noise cancelation is supervised have to really hand it to Samsung for a.job well done and ease of use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a man of almost 60 yrs old. I love my samsung items and use them with ease learning more everyday. I just asked my phone this morning; what can it teach me( Galaxy AI) about AI. I work at work with my phone use my buds and is never with out my watch. This is real life.

The OK: The audio quality and noise protection are fine, I'm not an expert so I don't know how competitive they are. The fit is a little loose (I have tried the different pads), but as long as you aren't working out its fine. Battery works for me, charge case every couple days. buds and case both charge fast. The Bad: But I have had several issues with the earbuds making deafening screeches (unprompted), boosting surrounding ambient noise to a nauseating level when in ambient mode, and the microphone completely failing after 6 months of moderate use (failing to pick up anything while on a call and producing static when running tests in the voice recorder app). The last problem might have been caused by a software update (just a guess), I am going in to try to get them repaired. Connects to phone and tablet fine, but if you save it as on option on a (non-Samsung) laptop it will try to connect even when the laptop is closed and not playing audio (stealing the audio from a phone that is playing audio) Phone I used when getting these results. They work just as expected and i love how you can also put it to adaptive noise cancelation so if you speak or hear a loud noise it'll pause what you're listening to on the buds so you can hear the other noises or voices. I am able to keep them on for long periods of time with this feature so I would strongly recommend these buds!
