[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting since the Galaxy Buds first came out for a worthy upgrade to have Active Noise Cancellation, excellent call quality, and ability to hear ambient sound during calls. It took a while, but the Galaxy Buds3 Pro finally hit the mark on ALL requirements. I need excellent voice quality on calls because I am a mobile professional and never know where I am going to be during a given workday. Subsequently, the background noise is not predictable. So, I have needed ear buds that compensate for background noise so my clients can hear me whether I am driving while it's raining, w/ A/C blasting, server fans at full blast, you name it... At the same time, I need to hear my voice level while on the call so I am not annoying people around me or people I am talking to, as well as needing to hear emergency vehicle sirens if I am driving on a call. This line of ear buds hits the mark fantastically on all 3 requirements! I can hear my voice and all sounds on the call, my callers don't hear background noise when I am talking, even when using a blender! The active noise cancellation is great on flights, I get catch some sleep, and hear my music and or watch videos clearly w/o having to blast the volume. Lastly the voice quality on calls is great, people hear me clearly and I can hear them clearly. All this is delivered in form factor that perfectly fits my ears hours on end with comfort! Lastly, Galaxy AI FTW! Thanks so much for finally meeting my needs on all these metrics!

I have mostly positive things to say about these. I'm comparing them mostly to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro since those were the previous ear buds I was using. The sound quality is about as good. The noise cancelling is good. Here are some things I like and dislike about the new touch controls. The little bar to grip them is an improvement for putting them in and taking them out of my ears. I like the added feature of volume control with them. I dislike that it pretty much now requires two fingers for the touch controls because you have to pinch the control instead of tapping it with a single finger. One last complaint is that I've noticed when in adaptive or ambient sound mode it seems to amplify high pitched noises, which I'm hoping will eventually be fixed in an update. For example, if I'm doing the dishes and a couple of them clink together, or if a fork hits a plate, that high frequency "clink" is amplified and uncomfortable in my ears. I wind up turning on noise cancelling at that time to prevent it. Overall, I'm pleased with the product, but enough small negatives to not give it five stars.

Great audio quality. Neat features. Genius use of the bar design. The device is not quite polished. The engineering renders it susceptible to damage and there are now more structural points of failure. The buds previous circular/oval design allowed it to avoid damage via rolling or pinching away. That's no longer possible. I can feel the plastic stress as I grip it while on my ears. Decent battery life and excellent range. The audio cancelation is superb for its package size. Here's hoping for a metal frame version.

I've never used earbuds this much in my life before. They're great for watching YouTube they're great for listening and speaking in the adaptive controls are amazing.

I've been using the Galaxy Buds3 Pro Silver for a while now, and they are hands down the best earbuds I've ever owned! The clarity of the audio is excellent, and definitelya step up from the previos model. The noise cancellation and ambient sound is absolutely trash when compared to the Buds2 pro though. The silicone/rubber ear pieces do not stay put very well, and fall out very easily after having been in my ears for a few minutes. If I sweat at all, I can not get the ear buds to stay in my ears at all. Samsung needs to redesign the cones or what ever you want to call them, because they are absolutely terrible. You also cant use most other aftermarket/other brand's ear inserts, because these have a completely different attachment. Samsung really blew their chance at delivering a solid product here. They look amazing and are very light/comfortable, but the fact they don't stay in your ear and have hardware/software issues making the noise reduction worthless... is a very hard thing to get over. Worth 100-150 with how it is now. But needs more support and better ear inserts/cover/cones (or what ever rem you want to use for the rubber parts)

Noise cancellation works great, blocking out background noise perfectly. They fit comfortably in my ears and don’t fall out. Battery life is good, and they connect seamlessly with my Samsung phone.
