The ear tips on the Buds3 Pro are made from silicone, while the insert consists of polyamide and glass fiber. To resolve the concern, we recommend cleaning your earbuds. Start by using a cotton swab and a dry brush to remove any debris from both the earbuds and the ear tips. Wipe the inside of the earbud tips with a soft, dry cloth to eliminate dust and earwax. Avoid using metal or wire brushes, as they may damage the earbuds. After cleaning, reattach the earbud tips and use a cotton swab to clean the charging contacts and sensors on both earbuds as well as the charging case. Finally, gently wipe the earbud blades with a dry, soft cloth. Proper maintenance will help ensure the touch commands function smoothly.
