Amazing sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and was immediately blown away by the quality of the sound. They also feature a sensor that detects if they're being worn that will pause your music when removed. I absolutely love my new Galaxy ear buds 3 pro!! Outstanding ear buds when tweaked
I've been using the Buds 3 Pro now for a month or so, But I have to say that they're outstanding ear buds the sound quality is great with lots of customization. The added ai features are fun and very handy to use. They could improve on some things for one the noise cancelation could be better and it improve drastically when you change the rubber ear tips for memory foam tips. I would recommend Samsung to include them this would be such an improvement both audio quality wise as noise cancelation wise.

So far so good I would give 10/10 but I find the buttons on the buds to be more difficult to use from previous Galaxy buds. The AI experience should be smooth and have less stuff to work around just to use it. Looking forward to an update. Needs to be more user friendly.
First buds in a very long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone that has gone over a decade without using headphones, or ear buds, i love using my buds3 pro daily. I use my ai on my phone consistently & using them through the ear buds makes it even better. Being able to control the sound by selecting whether I'm listing to a game, music, or video & being able to change the eq is amazing. Being able to boost dialog for videos the have bg noise is like thank God bc I don't have to crank volume. Then the hands free control using just my voice while listening to music is legendary. I just hope they last a very long time years wise because they are great. Plus the accessories you can get for them is vast & amazing.

I really like them. I've had just about all of the earbuds and these are at the top of my list. I drive big trucks for a living and there is no noise the other person can hear other than my voice. Can't get them to stay in my ears.
Sound quality is good, but the fit is terrible. I have tried every tip size and even bought aftermarket tips from Comply Foam hoping to keep them in. After the buds start to warm up from being in my ears, they fall out just from sitting at my desk talking. Very dissapointed.

Charger Case
Earbuds have great sound quality and battery life. They connect quickly to your phone and do very well to block outside noise. The Earbuds are comfortable even after a couple hours of use. Biggest flaw is the charger Case. This is now my 2nd pair and both cases just never worked properly. Even though the earbuds and Case were both dry and clean, the charger Case just wouldn't charge my earbuds.

good features. uncomfortable design
i upgraded from the original buds+ to these. the buds3 definitely have more features but they are highly uncomfortable. i would prefer the older design but i realize that the mic position was not great. ill will use my older buds until they finally give out.

Bad design and issue with ANC.
Bad design per my perspective because I need to flip 180-degree to put it on and put it in into the case. Sorry but I keep dropping it while doing 180-degree turn in my fingertip. And also, while putting on or taking out top clothe, it keeps popping out from my ears and fall on the ground. I may need to go back to old buds pro. Lastly the ANC is not reducing the high pitch noise but amplifying more so it kills my ears every time. Will see how it goes since I've had it for a month now.
