Love all the better features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love thow they fit in my ear and can go workout or clean and stay in my ear noise cancelation works perfectly and the quality of the sound when I'm watching movies and gaming I'd phenomenal and the lights at night just look dope and I can use one ear bud for volume up and down and pusse great cheifs kiss keep it up Samsung

Metal case?

Good product, the water resistance and adjustable ear tips have been very useful. The noise canceling is great and sound quality is comparable (but not quite at good) as my over- ear earphones at the same price range. The software (talking detection especially) is great, the battery life is enough, and the ui (user interface) is great, But I have one gripe. The plastic case (altho good looking and unfortunately the market standard) is plastic, I would love to see them step up the hardness of thier cases like they did with their new phone- A big reason I bought it, I am a trades man and durability is important especially at this price range. This would have came in handy when I dropped it at the job site on day 1 and scuffed it up.

Bass hits nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love listening to music with this. I love that extra bass, the sounds really hit right. Bluetooth connection works great with my s25 ultra. Has great features. I'm one of those who like being aware of my surroundings so that feature is great. If I want to block out everything I can also do that.

A big upgrade from Buds2 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had all three versions of the buds pro and this set blows the others away. The change from Buds Pro to Buds2 pro was fairly minor, but the Buds3 pro are a massive upgrade. What I love about the Buds3 Pro: Better audio quality, espicially in the trebel New case design looks really nice Better active noise canceling WAY better fit. They feel so secure in my ears which was my biggest gripe with the Buds and Buds2 pro, which would often "unseal". Better touch controls. On the older versions using the controls pressed the earbuds into my ears uncomfortably, and also when I tried to "reseat" the earbuds I would accident pause or do something else. The new controls are way better. I'm super happy with these and I'm actually going to trade in my old Buds Pro for a second set of these.

Love the new design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best galaxy buds yet! The build quality is excellent and the audio experience is top notch! I use these for content consumption and taking phone calls. In the past all my other galaxy buds had audio issues when I was on the phone and driving on the highway but these cancel out the sound and no one knows I'm driving when on a phone call so that's really impressive! 10/10 would recommend! Be sure to check out the Galaxy AI

The same issues as buds+ with no improvements

I upgraded all the way from Samsung buds+ (which stopped working) and these buds 3 pro have all the same issue and no improvements. Absolute nuisance to switch between paired devices - often have to completely unpair before they will connect to something else. Pairing button is covered by the protective case sold directly by Samsung! 🤦‍♀️ I keep them clean but have constant charging issues. They appear to no longer charge at all.

First, ensure that your devices are compatible with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, as compatibility issues can sometimes affect the connection process. If necessary, you can also try resetting your earbuds by placing them in the charging case, opening the case, and pressing and holding the touchpads on both earbuds for about 7 seconds until the indicator light flashes. This can refresh their pairing capabilities. Additionally, managing your Bluetooth connections can be helpful. Great Features, just not durable

The earbuds 3 pro are great, but not great for active people. I love the quality, sound, and fit of the buds pro 3. However, I am tough on them. I take them biking, running, and to the gym. I've had a few rides where I hit a jump and have fallen. Probably landed on the case. I've had a few runs, when it starts raining on me. After a few tough exercise sessions, the buds slowly stopped working. Then their support is terrible. Asking me to try all these things before they could help me. I've been on the chat with them for over an hour with no results. Loved the devices, but just not durable.

This product has a great feel & sound!

Best buds I've ever had.

Good fit and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had any quality control problems even though this is a white buds pro 3 from the launch batch. I thought the fit would be loose but they do not move and have a tight but comfortable fit. I have not used the Galaxy AI translation features, just not something that comes up often as a need for me.
