With noise canceling on they sound too quiet no matter what I've tried. 4.5/5 when no noise canceling or ambient sound. 2/5 when ambient sound is on. 2/5 with tinny sound when noise canceling is on

Between the Buds Pro, Buds FE, and Buds Live, these are the best overall. The design is comfortable and stays put, but they still need to be slightly adjusted from time to time. If I jam them in to far they bother my ears after a while, but so do all ear buds. Where these shine for me is the technology. The adaptive setting is a set it and forget it feature that automatically makes adjustments based on whatever noises that they pick up so there isn't much need to keep changing the settings based on whatever the situation dictates.

I like this product because it has great sound and I can hear anything super good. No skipping, no loud noises, also it is long lasting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased the device(Galaxy Buds Pro3), I traded in my original pair of Buds Pro2. So I had an expectation that they needed to meet for the new version. As usual I waited a considerable amount of time before making the upgrade. I do this the avoid a majority of bugs and early issues not caught before release. At first the new Buds seemed great; new features, updated other features, added new capabilities. However, I have found an issue with my Buds. At times while I'm listening to my music (which is the main use of the product), I will experience periods where the volume in one or both Buds cuts out. I'm also having an issue with people being able to hear me on the device when taking and makinging calls. I'm not completely impressed with the device. I now have to start the daunting process of getting a replacement for the malfunctioning device. "Yeah" Come on folks step it up.

Earbuds have great sound quality and battery life. They connect quickly to your phone and do very well to block outside noise. The Earbuds are comfortable even after a couple hours of use. Biggest flaw is the charger Case. This is now my 2nd pair and both cases just never worked properly. Even though the earbuds and Case were both dry and clean, the charger Case just wouldn't charge my earbuds.

Not happy. Samsung did not tell me the battery life was only 4-6 hours. I thought I was buying a premium product. For the price you would think the batteries would at least last 10 hours. Don't waste your money on these. They do work great. Just not for long enough.
