Its all good sound wise and AI which automatically selects the mode depending on your surrounding. The only thing i hate about this is putting back the buds in its case. You really have to align the ear buds in specific way to put it back into the case and because of this i have dropped it multiple times.

I love listening to music, and the sound quality is excellent. It is wonderful. My favorite feature is the voice command, which allows me to control the music without having to touch the earbuds, which can be inconvenient and unsanitary. I can simply say "play next song" or "previous song" to skip tracks, and I can also say "volume up" or "volume down" to adjust the volume. I love the noise cancellation in the surroundings because I love peace and quiet while listening to music. The amazing thing is that I was able to talk to my friend, and automatically the earbud changed the setting to allow me to hear my friend and myself without taking the earbud off my ear. It is so awesome how technology changes over time, and something big or small might change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It pairs well with my Galaxy S25 Ultra and the noise canceling is granular, which makes it easy to use, especially since microphone pickup wasn't good and the person on the other end couldn't hear me very well, but that seems to have been fixed now. However, the noise canceling doesn't work well in high pitched sounds like subway noise, and when the noise canceling is set to the highest level, it feels like there's a pressure buildup inside my ears that feels like imy ears are blocked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin. I will right off the bat say that when it comes to the audio of these buds are great. Coming from the competitors eco system, I will say that these buds are amazing. There are a lot of small mishaps along the way which is why I scored this 3/5. First off, as soon as I got the buds in my mail, there was the fiasko of quality control with the ear tips. I haven't changed them out because luckily I didn't have to. They fit well, but in the chance I needed to switch them out because hoensly i wanted to see which ear tip would fit best, I would be nervous to do so. When it comes to more software issues which can be fixed in updates I will say one that I'm not too happy is that when I hold down the button to activate the voice command, I don't have a prompt (like a beep or something) to know that I can speak to ask a question or something. If I'm playing music it will stop the song which is fine but otherwise I'm not sure if it's ready for me to speak into it or not. Another thing is that on my S24 plus, it shows up as the buds 2 icon. Just makes you have that feeling that this device was rushed out.

I can just use my finger to move up-and-down for the volume and click on it, instead of poking my ear. Also, the Samsung AI pair with it.
