I bought mine back in August. In early September, I lost one of the buds after working a 10 hour shift and couldn't for the life of me figure out where. I still used the right bud because they're that good and i didnt want to get rid of it. About a week ago I decided to buy another set and 10 minutes after placing the order, I found the left one I had lost. I will not be returning the new set when they come in. Instead, they will serve as my backup pair for when the original set doesn't work or are lost. As for sound quality.. these things are amazing. They have the perfect amount of bass and treble to sound as though you are listening to your music at an actual concert. I have owned every version of the buds from the buds live to the buds 2 pros (yes, all models minus the buds 3), and this is by far the best pair. They're the only pair of headphones I have owned with ANC that will work with one headphone. Be aware that the battery life of them is roughly around 4.5 hours real world with ANC on and volume set to 60% or higher. With both headphones, the sound is absolutely amazing. If you turn on ANC, place them in your ear and within seconds, you can feel them set the ANC. Ambient sound on these is absolutely amazing. Even at 60% volume, I can hear just about everything going on around me. Adaptive I have less experience with so I will not comment. Galaxy AI, I also am not as experienced with. So far I have set up live translate on my S23 Ultra and have yet to find a real world use for it using the Buds 3 Pros, although one day the need will arise and I'll get to see how well it works with them. So far it works on the phone, and quite well i might add. If you buy them, get a case for them. Make sure you use the Samsung wearable app to connect them if you wan tto make use of the features. Use samsung smart things to locate them if lost (like i did not do). With all of the promotions and trade in credits offered, you would be best to get the buds 3 pros and skip the buds 3 as the design is a lot different from the pros. Spend the extra money if possible. Your ears will thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from Buds 2 Pros (and got a great trade in deal!). The Buds 3 Pro are a huge upgrade. They sound way better for music, way, way better for calls, and they're more comfortable. I haven't used the AI features yet, but even the basic QOL features like adaptive NC work great. I'm using these with my S23 Ultra, and these are by far the best earbuds I've ever heard. The sound quality rivals my high end headphones (e.g. Sennheiser HD600), and the S23 Ultra still only supports 24/48 using the SSC codec.

Gone from convenient twe for samsung and or android phones to audiophile earbuds with the new 24/96 hifi codec . It's the the perfect balance of the bunch and I've had the wf xm3 from Sony and the quiet comfort 2 and for sound quality the buds3 pros are the most balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fitting that there is now an earbud from Samsung that is equal quality to other in this space. ANC, concert sound with head positioning is definitely a plus. However, the equalizer presets are a little ways off from keep an enthusiast head turned. Meaning, unless you use the presets, setting the bass, med and treble yourself cut off a good portion of the volume. I am sure it's for safety standards, but why not let us (those enthusiasts) sign a waiver when we decide to turn up the bass and still want a decent amount of volume?? Instead of not having the option to.

Best part about them is the ability to use the now brief feature as well with them so I'm up to date on my daily task!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the things I was challenge with most on the buds was that they would fall out my ear and the new pros stay and I don't have to worry about them as I did my previous. Though not everyone had my issue this was the sole problem that I was faced with and I look forward to using then for much more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Their very easy to use and the controls are simple to manage. The case is small and fits in my pocket easily. The sound is great and the base is good but not overbearing. The phone app connects well with the earbuds. The noise cancelling is great also. The Bluetooth works well and stays connected. I'm an audiophile and am very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device sits comfortably and stays in place in my ear. Ease of connection across devices and apps is fantastic. The noise suppression and ambient focus is amazing. Originally I had the first gen Galaxy buds pro which didn't have a stem propping some weight up and only relied on the rubber ear piece and ear to stay in place and if I tried to push it back in, the touch commands of pause/play would take place and it could get in a position where it would always increase the volume unless I repositioned it or turned off touch commands. The pro buds 3 has zero of those issues. Overall I am glad with the devices improvements over previous gens, amazing sound quality, and great comfort. I've used these more in the past week than I have my previous ones. I would absolutely recommend.
