[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality of these buds are pretty great, I will give them that, however I can't get a decent fit in my ears no matter which set of tips I use. Also, both buds don't sit properly in the charging case; they should start charging immediately upon being put back in the case, but more often than not, I get a notification that my buds aren't charging when I put them back in the case and I have to fiddle with them to make them start charging. Wireless charging with these is also incredibly slow. Galaxy AI is easy to activate, but that's about the only good thing about it. Otherwise it's clunky and feels like it could use a lot of improvement in future updates. Another issue I have with these is how long it takes for them to connect my phone (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6). I'll take them out of the charging case, put them in my ears, and often wait for close to a minute for the chime telling me that they are connected. Sometimes they do connect and the chime never goes off. Other times, I have to open up the Galaxy buds settings or Bluetooth setting and tap on the Galaxy buds to force them to connect. I really wish I had waited to buy these because it seems like a lot of these issues were worked out down the line, but I'm stuck with this set that I paid full price for at launch, just to have them full of issues, even after installing every software update. Next time, I'll probably just go for the cheaper Buds FE.

Seriously, you'll feel like you're carrying the best tech around. I want to be able to use Galaxy AI only when I choose to, not because it's forced on me by being already installed on my phone. I seem to have issues with my Galaxy Buds3 Pro when I only have one in my ear, people cannot hear me clearly when I speak. I have used the diagnostic features to clear up the sound on my buds. I do like the noise canceling and I I would like to be able to use the ambient sound features, I am kind of glad that I got them because I can ring them whenever I can't find them. I desire that Samsung would improve its own core features instead of attempting to duplicate other companies; it is a detrimental aspect of the Samsung experience.

Galaxy AI and voice control works great without shouting either. Wish it didn't look like Airpods but that's why I got the gray ones.

The ambient sound setting has been great when I want to listen to something but also be available for when my kids ask a question, and the noise canceling setting was fantastic at making a noisy pool area comfortably quiet. These are the best ear buds I've ever used.

Love all the features and how easy they are to use and the clarity of the audio. My only complaint is that I really wish the battery lasted a little longer. I get with all the features it pulls more power but it would still be nice.
