[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned numerous pairs of earbuds from several big name tech manufacturers; whatever, since I chose the Galaxy Buds 3 pro, I'm never going back to any other brand. The setup and pairing with my Galaxy Smartphone was seamless, the controls are easy to use, sound for both calls and music is absolutely incredible, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they recharge. I'm also pleased with the cool look of the graphite buds, very modern and subtle. I highly recommend these, and I'm a fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the whole suite of products. This is the only Samsung product that doesn't live up to the hype for me. It isn't as intuitive as their other products. My buds came with a weird rubber/burnt smell on both tips that i cannot get rid of. After i wear them that smell transfers to my ear. They also dont feel as comfortable in my ear like the earlier generations did. And sometimes the buds take turns going in and out.

I know they own Jbl, Harmon Kardon and not sure who else but I expect quality sound from them and hopefully they come up with some wired earbuds. I do like the features on them but I had trouble with earbud tips. Somehow they've gotten stuck to the earbud and ripped when I tried to pull em off but overall these are great earbuds!

I usually by the newest pair every few years because it really does feel like an upgrade from the next. Samsung puts all the smallest details together for the consumer to make thier products top tier!
