[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are seriously awesome. The sound quality is a major win, everything sounds crisp, and the bass actually has some punch without being muddy. The fit is perfect for me; they sit securely and don't feel like they're going to fall out, even when I'm moving around. As for the appearance, they look really sleek and modern, not bulky at all. I'm really happy with them and the Galaxy AI complements it well.

The sound is better than previous iterations. They fit better in the ears and they look good*. I've had mine for around a month now and can say that I have no issues at all regarding, connectivity, reliability, or battery life. I haven't tested them but in my experience I've never had the battery run out on me. They also haven't left me wanting to wear them for longer but having to put them back in the case, or worse, back on a charger so that's nice. All that being said they're not perfect. While I've never had connectivity issues I have, occasionally, had an issue using Google assistant. The issue arises when using Google assistant and then the quality of sound goes down, significantly, and won't restore back to normal until I put them in their case and put them back on. And my other, less important criticism, is that they look like airpods. Just straight up. Down from the Buds themselves to the case. Samsung really was just looking at Apples homework and copied it. But hey, "Good artists copy, great artists steal" and in Samsung's case they made some pretty good wireless earbuds.

the sound quality and noise canceling features have improved since the buds2 pro, but the touch sensitivity is close to nonexistent and the fit seems to have gotten worse. I find myself using my 2s just as much as my 3s. if it wasn't for the discount of getting them with my upgraded phone, i would not have paid the price.

I'm a Samsung junkie, I only buy Samsung products for 20 years now. These ear buds suck. I'm so disappointed. The sound is pretty good and the fit is ok. My problem is the earbud controls. It's impossible to use them without basically pulling the earbud out or loosening it to a point where it will fall out. The pinch and slide is a horrible design and barely works. Whoever designed this must have the most dainty tiny fingers or did not try using them. If you plan to use earbud controls without having to use your phone, I wouldn't recommend these.

These are the best and top notch youll ever have . Talk about extreme quiet right when you put em on its like a nice sounding woosh fhat enters your skull, you can hear the music clearly and talk through easily without that extra hum you get hearing yourself. Its awesome cuz you play music easily hands free just by talking to it to play music. Theyre stylish and sweet looking. I lovs the fact i have to pinch instead of poking at the buds to change music options. All i have to do is say play music or skip song and it will do it hands free. I can literally hear everything around with ambient sound. And let me tell you when they turn on its an immediate difference from noise canceling than other ofher brands. I love these i can wear them all day long and they dont fall out. A +++

Great product. The sound quality with both buds in your ear is fantastic. I use them for work and have to keep one ear bud in at a time due to how excellent the noise canceling technology is. Cons: I have experienced intermittent charging issues between the buds and the case. However, the manufacturer does recommend daily cleaning.

Here is how I would rate the things I find important. Sound quality - 4 stars Comfort - 3 stars Noise reduction - 3 stars Controls - 0 stars. The pinching and stuff is far too cumbersome. What is wrong with taps? Everyone else uses taps. You have to stop what you are going and gently grab the thing and pinch in just the right place. TERRIBLE! I would return them if it wasn't such a pain.

So far, to this point of me having the buds pro3 for a week, they are living up to their expectations. The sound is equivalent to Bose in my opinion and the actual phone calls, super clear amd concise. Now I just have to learn the pinch and swipe methods on this device. Otherwise, it's highly recommended and has my vote.

I have tried all of the tips and nothing helps with keeping them in my ear. I have not experienced the galaxy Ai but look forward to trying that out with these ear buds.

Got these for free with a pre order so decided to give them a try, controls did take time to get used to as im coming from the buds 2 pro which are very different. Ear cushioning could be better i may just have to mess with the other 2 pairs of ear cushion for it to be secure but overall theyre great.
