Amazing product with small critique

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is mostly my preference. 1. I wish it had more gestures you could use other than turning up and down the volume. On the previous headphones I could answer phone calls and so much more from my head phones and these didnt have that feature (that I know of) and 2. I wish there was a way to find my ear buds if they are in the case. If I misplace my case and the case is closed there is no way to find my ear buds. Other than that love them!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product love the side light its really cool wish they would of add the ability to change it like you can with rgb fans where you can make different like pluse or flashing or rain effect wish the battery lasted a bit longer all in all there not a bad product would definitely recommend the galaxy ai is not bad also

They are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds 3 pro. The design is slick 👌. The noise canceling function js the best part for me. I am able to lock into my work when I have them in. The only issue I have is if I'm in the gym where I'm sweaty and my ears become sweaty, the buds tend to slip away. Also, the location function is not the greatest. I lost the right ear in November 2025, and I used the location finder but it wasn't as specific as I would have hoped for. Well, I lost that earbud so I only use one now.

Nice design and case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My buds are great with exemplary sound and they work great also. The AI helps to do things with them like pause songs or play songs without having to touch. Great product by Samsung I love my Galaxy buds Pro 3

Great earbuds with an ear tips problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use the buds to listen to music and to call on messenger. The Galaxy AI does a great job at reducing the noise from the environment. The person I am in call with doesn't hear what is happening around my area and just hears my voice clearly. The one problem I do have is the earbud tips. They're hard to put on. They can also rip easily, if you're are not careful, when you're trying to change tips.

Connectivity Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds 3 Pro have been a good edition to my galaxy experience. However, from day one of using the product, I have had nothing but connection issues. I do believe in giving a product some time because it may be user error. After updates to the firmware of the Bud Pro 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, no solution was found. I ended up purchasing another pair of the Buds Pro 3 and trying it as well. Same issue was found with connectivity via Bluetooth. I can say, with the quality of the Buds Pro 3 i.e. sound has been of good quality. Battery doesn't last long and the case is very sensitive as one Bud may charge and not the other. It does become an inconvenience when trying to charge the case for the Buds but the case indicates and disruption between the charger and the port.

They work seamlessly with your Galaxy Z Fold6. When you connect the Galaxy Buds3 or Galaxy Buds3 Pro to your Galaxy Z Fold6, you can access a variety of useful features. These include automatically switching between Galaxy devices, creating voice memos, translating in-person conversations, and locating your earbuds with SmartThings Find. You can also customize your audio experience by adjusting the sound settings of the buds. To connect your Galaxy Buds3 or Galaxy Buds3 Pro to your Galaxy Z Fold6, follow these steps: 1. The sound quality is incredible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the original galaxy bud pros for the last couple of years and loved them. My wife got the bud3 pros for Christmas and the quality of sound is outstanding! The Galaxy AI is a wonderful feature i didn't know i was missing. The ability to live translate had been fun to play with and seems to be very accurate, at least with Spanish. My only negative is the touch features. For some reason it doesn't always respond when I try using them and I have to use my phone to pause them instead.

Lightweight with great Noice Cancelling

My Best Listening Experience Ever, But Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Buds3 Pro in early 2025, as I was interested in Galaxy AI's Interpreter features for my work. First, the good: the sound quality knocked me out of my socks. These are the first earbuds I've ever used that I could truly say had a proper soundstage. They sound absolutely superb. The ANC (Active Noise Cancelation) is also great, as well as the passthrough. I can have my buds in for a whole shift at work and forget they're there entirely. Now, for the AI Interpreter. In my experience, it's ok. It acts as a fancier Google Translate, which is what I paid for, so it's fine. Most conversations go smoothly via Interpreter. For my line of work, I need to talk with relatively technical terms that Interpreter seems to struggle with. I've had many customers just shake their head in confusion at Interpreter's translation, or when I talk, I have to instead type what I want to say because Interpreter doesn't get my words right. Beyond that, there is also a glitch I've had for months where if I'm in a call, at random, one bud will disconnect, turn on ANC, fade to passthrough, reconnect, then the other will do the same, then both will do it simultaneously, but I have to manually reconnect them to my S25 Ultra. I have tried every troubleshooting step I can think of, and seemingly no one online has this issue. Aside from those 2 gripes, though, these are the best earbuds I have ever used. They sound fantastic, are extremely comfortable, and work seamlessly with my Samsung devices.
