[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I wear these buds for any length of time over a few minutes, the inside of my day canal gets red, inflamed & eventually cracks & bleeds & gets infected if I keep wearing them. I've tried replacing the ear tips with a different brand, cleaning the tips & buds carefully with isopropyl alcohol, but this still happens. And it only happens with Samsung earbuds, not with any other brand. I sent them back to Samsung and y'all returned them to me saying they were fine & basically told me too bad & have a nice life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I bought the Buds3 Pro was because I lost my charging case in an Uber. So when broke down and bought them I was skeptical. So when I set them up with my S24 Ultra it made a world of difference. Calls can be heard between me an others. Adaptive sound comes in handy when conversing with others. The best thing is the sound, the acoustics, and the 808's that take me to another world of tranquility before work!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Samsung Galaxy phones from the S7 Edge until now and continue to do so. They're great devices for work in any environment. I just want to point out that people who use earbuds for long periods will experience uncomfortable moments when they detect high-pitched notes, such as metal clangs, as they generate some weird noises. Also, wearing them for extended periods, like 3-4 hours of watching videos or listening to music, causes humidity in the ear, which can lead to infection. I have no doubt that Samsung has advanced techniques that will upgrade these features sooner or later, but I hope it comes sooner. Can't wait to get Fold 8 and new buds. Love the AI but don't have the qualified device..so I'll pass that. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy buds are great. The sound quality is supreme and the ANC is effective, especially in the lows. The in-app equalizer tuning isnt to intrusive and even when set to 10 it doesnt drown out anything else. Since I recently traveled out of country the ai translation was very quick and helpful. There is sometimes an issue with charging with the pins but all I've needed to do is reseat the buds and it goes away. Overall 9/10 would recommend to any galaxy user.

With my previous buds 2, people always said I sounded like I was in a ditch which sucked because I work doing phone calls all day. With these easy peasy. They say I sound great. I wish the design was cuter and better colors available instead of these drab colors. I never use the Galaxy AI so not sure how people who use it would feel about these buds but if you care about sound and phone calls these are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Buds 3 Pro for a bit now, and I've got mixed feelings. Let's start with what they absolutely nailed — the sound. These things sound really, really good. Clear vocals, solid bass without being overwhelming, and overall just a clean listening experience whether you're on music, podcasts, or calls. Noise cancellation is also surprisingly strong, especially for earbuds this size. But then there's the design… and honestly, it's just not it. The shape feels a little awkward, like they tried to reinvent something that didn't need fixing. They don't sit as naturally in my ears as previous models, and after a while, I start adjusting them more than I should have to. The look itself is also kind of odd — not ugly exactly, just… off. It doesn't feel as sleek or polished as you'd expect at this price. Controls can be hit or miss too. Sometimes they register fine, other times you're tapping or swiping like an idiot trying to get a response. So yeah — amazing sound, questionable design choices. If audio quality is your top priority, they're worth it. But if comfort and overall feel matter just as much, you might end up a little annoyed over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds are excellent earbuds with great features and good sound quality. The touch capacitive features work well and are intuitive. They are comfortable to wear for hours which yiu can with the long battery life. Build quality is great and the case also has a very good battery life. Main complaint is the ambient sound features it could be imporved as I often see myself pausing or removing an earbud to hear people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits comfortably and has decent sound quality. Haven't yet tried it's connectivity with Galaxy AI so can't comment on that. I use my buds at work in a loud warehouse environment and they work great for streaming music or podcasts. The battery , however, doesn't last the full 4 to 4.5 hours of my shift which forces me to switch to another set of earbuds. If the battery life was extended I could hardly find any other issues with the Galaxy Earbuds pro3. The sliding volume and the pinch feature are my favorites.
