[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased my Buds, they were extremely easy to setup. I was pleasantly surprised by the touch controls and how intuitive the function is. The pinch function I use most is the Galaxy AI Interpreter feature which comes in handy in a bilingual city. The sound quality is really good and they have good ANC.. I enjoy how the case snaps shut and my fingers have never once gotten pinched. The case fits comfortably in my hands. The buds almost never fall out of my ears, as well. But I do have a couple of issues with them. The battery life seems have significantly weakened since I purchased them. Another thing is finding them in the Samsung Find app can be a hit or miss as they don't always ring even when charged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great earbuds. Comfortable to wear all day, they are quick to charge, look elegant with the led strip on the ear buds. Also, with being noise canceling, they are great with isolation and complete immersion into your music, podcast, video, etc but they are smart enough to know when to shut them off when an emergency vehicle comes but or is someone starts a conversation with you while you are wearing them.

These earbuds suck hard to charge them only charges one usually the battery life is horrible maybe 2 hrs max on a full charge if u do get fhem to charge it s just a pain u cant move the case around when charging or one of the earbuds wont charge i went back to my beats fe cause these wont charge properly worst buy ever do not buy these highly dont recommend them

I use the noise cancelling feature all the time to turn the volume down around me; and can continue on with conversations and my work day. It doesn't sit deep in my ear. It especially helps on a migraine day where too much noise is overstimulating. Conversations are a breeze w/o difficulty in the other person hearing me. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Easier time staying my ear than the regular buds 3.

Really want to upgrade but these are so good and comfortable I'm not sure I need to. Sleek design. I can even use Galaxy AI with them connected to my phone as well.
