[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound and anc is great but the design is poor. The charging connection with each bud is very very sensitive and if any moisture is on it then it will not charge. The battery is also not great, looking forward to the pro 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Buds are great all around I use them for everything, from talking on the phone, gaming, while watching movies and videos on my phone. I'm a heavy equipment operator so I use the noise cancelling all the time to help get rid of the Diesel noise at work so I didn't go home with my ears ringing... I also like how they have a light on the side of them while they are connected, I also have a a pair of puds pros (the 1st model). I dropped them once in my driveway at night it took me an hour to find then in the dark and I wished they had a little lite to see them when I hit find my device... The 3s chirp an the light flashes too its a great feature. The regular pros chirp but no light. Only issue I had since I got the 3 pro is the left bud doesn't always charge in the case. I always have to open the case up to see if the buds connect and see if they are charging. I never pursued the problem I just deal with it.

They also come with multiple earbud tip sizes, which is a nice touch. However, the earbud tips ended up being the only real issue for me. Once they pick up natural ear oils, they become extremely slick and start slipping out pretty easily, even when using different sizes. It makes it hard to maintain a secure, comfortable fit over time. I really wanted to give these a perfect score because everything else is fantastic, but the earbud tips hold them back. Improving the material or grip of the tips would make these nearly perfect!

I use them primarily around the house or for yardwork and I didn't like that the stem wild get caught on my shirt collar when changing. The clicking mechanism is clever, but I had trouble clicking when wearing gloves. I found the Galaxy AI use was helpful when my phone wasn't around to perform quick tasks.

Galaxy AI allows my buds to translate different languages in real-time. My wife speaks French and I have friends who speak Spanish. The hands-free voice controls are also great because I workout a lot. It allows me to basically do everything without having to stop and pick my phone up. Samsung is consistently improving their products year after year.

The only downside is the click to pause or change song. I feel like you have to shove it into your ear for the click to work. I can't click unless I push it into my ear. Other than that these headphones are great.
