The ANC works all the time when I'm working out at the gym, and even without ANC on it still muffles the sound around me really well. The battery life is way better than expected and the Galaxy AI is really good at figuring out when I'm humming and when I'm actually talking so it can switch to ambient mode. The only thing I wish that was better is that I wish the Galaxy AI's voice detect could hear other people's voices as well, not just my own but besides that a really good purchase.
