I was recommended to try this drink by my doctor, after becoming dehydrated. I've been drinking one of these a day for the past couple of weeks and I'm feeling better. I like that they have less sugar than regular Gatorade, and they quench my thirst very well! The bottle is a great size for carrying on a walk and it's easy to open. I love the different flavors and the Glacier Freeze is one of my favorites. I will continue to enjoy these drinks to be sure I'm staying hydrated, and besides, they are delicious.

The one in the round bottle Gatorade thirst quencher taste better . Didn't like the taste. Maybe some one might like the taste.
