Great product however would prefer dye free options and options for children or smaller adults. Also wish it had a water bottle type lid that you can open or twist closed like the other products that would be perfect for working out or while driving. It is a great alternative to Pedialyte though for anyone sick needing to hydrate.

I am a BIG fan of these, which I believe is a newer product. I've tried several flavors and they taste good while only being 50 cals for a 30 oz bottle. With five electrolytes, including magnesium and potassium, this is an ideal bottle to add if you have hydration and high blood pressure challenges.

These hydration drinks can't be beat, and the glacier freeze flavor is much more mild than most of the other flavors.

this bottle of Gatorade lyte is very hydrating and had helped me many time to level back out my salt intake. its always very crisp everytime opening and the vitamins is always good. love this brand!

This has become one of my favorites. It's a lifesaver in hot, humid weather for quick rehydration. Works fast with excellent flavor.

This is my best flavor! I was sick for a while but I could drink these and stay hydrated so I could get to the doctor. they are a light and fresh tasting drink. the bottle is the right size to quench your thirst and get you moving again!

Compared to other hydration products out there focusing on electrolytes, this is merely souped-up Gatorade… it's an average taste, with average hydration.

I like this stuff to replenish potassium after sweating, but most Gatorade products have magnesium in it, which help you absorb the water in your body so they're not so great for hydration. I prefer a Pedialyte when I'm dehydrated.

Real electrolytes is the best part. I work production 12hour days in controlled 95 degrees, this product saves me and my coworkers. We actually feel the difference.
