Great display piece of an iconic scene!!! The set looks amazing for the scale!

After reading several reviews saying that the model's legs are fragile and it's difficult to have it stand without collapsing, I was hesitant to purchase this. I decided to give it a go anyways and I'm glad I did. The model is fine. I had no issues with the legs. I can hold it by the base and shake it gently or pick it up by the model and it all stays together. If I bump the desk it's on, nothing happens and I have no concern moving it around as a display piece. The reviews seem overblown. This is a great model and I'm happy to have it in my collection.

First time I've ever felt the need to use super glue on a Lego set. The legs are difficult to align properly and have VERY flimsy connections to the main body so the whole thing essentially explodes if you try to get the set on its base. Looks great once its all set up thougg!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So better late than never with this review. I can't believe that I was fortunate enough to score this amazing Star Wars Lego set! I'm going to rebuild it soon, but one thing you really need to know is that the parts in places feel pretty delicate and they came apart more easily than I expected them to while building it! The instructions are easy to follow, and I know it will make a great display piece. Maybe we should use a craft glue? I'm not really sure yet how I'm going to address this. The details are surprisingly impressive for a midsize display model, and there are some really cool touches for all of us fans out there. TV

A great set with excellent detail, especially if you're not willing to shell out the money for the UCS versions. Looks great on my shelf, playability isn't there as it is designed to be a model. A fun little build

As others have said, the legs are pathetic. They don't hold together, breathing on the set can make it fall over and the legs falls apart. Lego's great strength over its knockoffs has always been how well the pieces fit AND how sturdy the builds are. I've had other recent builds where I think the stability has been a bit off but this one is just terrible.
