650mg gives you a little more than extra-strength acetaminophen. The dose is higher, so the potential to take more maximum amount in 24-hours is high. Take as directed and it works great. Personally feel like extra strength Tylenol is just as effective.

Doesn’t work any better or longer than regular Tylenol. I bought this in hopes said it would help me sleep through the night without having arthritis pain. But it did not.

I used to purchase these and there was 500 in each bottle. Now they reduced it to only 200 in each bottle for the same price. What is happening to shrink flation. Might as well just buy them at the drug storel

Great pain reliever for chronic pain. Lasts 8 hours instead of 4. Last all night. Great addition to otc tropicals. As a nurse, i cant stress enough to please talk with your doctor before starting any new otc product, pain relief/supplelent/topical etc, for approval. Also ask doctor what your total limit of acetaminophen mgs is for 24 hour period. Limit is different for some due to other health conditions . I recommend this product as long as your doctor approves.
